I tried running this morning XD It did not go well. My knee still hurts because I was babying it all this time.

Oh, I slept in today! Which is super rare for me - woke up without any major sinus pressure, or sore throat, and I'm feeling somewhat better. Still iffy, but at least it's improvement. :D

True, but I've found that if you just sit there and obsess about something, all it will do is drive you crazy and you'll get no where. Just sit back, let yourself take a break from it and come back to it later. See if that helps!

I know that is one item you always wanted.
