Well, I like cats, but I'm clearly a dog person. Though the biggest reason for that is my cat allergy. My kitty can't stay inside because of it, so it's hard to get as attached

Snow is fabulous. Really, it's the ice that is the issue. Snow is fluffy and crunchy and cold (though when it melts it makes everything a grey mess). But the ice...it will murder your ass. Also wrists and knees. No matter how good your dang shoes are.

Stick your finger in their MOUTH? I have come to the conclusion that Magghia has absolutely no fear around animals. My polar opposite.

I fear all the animals. Even my beloved cats, believe it or not. The closest I get to touching a cat is playing with them in games. XD

Haha, Ofie, Amane is right, though. The only animals I'm really hesitant around are horses and psitticines (parrot-like birds), and I'm getting over both of those by forcing exposure. Birds got a lot less scary when I was taught to restrain them. They have complete cartilage rings in their trachea so you actually restrain them by the neck. Horses are still scary because I really think all horses are a little bit insane and are easily scared. At least they can't cow kick.

But yeah, I've tranquilized bison, I've cuddled gators, I've restrained all sorts of fanged animals, and I've hand fed Great Horned Owls. I think I'm missing the "fear of dangerous animals" gene.

Once my friend's cat walked across my shoes and I screamed. Not a loud scream, but I was like, "Ahh!"

I gotta go. See you guys later!

Haha, well, I've seen what happens when you take a horse kick to the ribs or face. It's not pretty. Also, in order to do a proper physical exam on a horse you have to look at the bottom of its hoof (which means putting your face right next to the hoof....I like my face in its current arrangement) and also stick your hands in its mouth and move its tongue around. Horses, unlike cattle, have teeth on both top and bottom and like to bite.

Ah. I was bitten by a bird similar to that as a child. Bit though the tip of my finger like it was butter. Also, Macaws are douchebags. But I love ostriches (even though they can eviscerate a lion in one kick), and owls (even though their beaks are just as dangerous as a parrot's). So I'm forcing myself to have more parrot interaction.

Naps are always good. As long as they're not interrupted.
