Cause we're talking about pets! Suki was my Pomeranian-Chihuahua. She passed away about a year and a half ago. Most adorable thing ever

I was just talking to my dad and he told me that our cat loves to sleep curled up around his head at night. Made me laugh, as my roommate's dog will do the same thing. I know, not a cat, but Sassy will sleep curled up around my roommate's head at night some nights. :P

Aaaah! Adorable Chi-Pom! Sorry that you lost her Aya. How old was she?

Awww, adorable sleeping situations. Maddie sleeps under the covers and glued to my hips. She likes to cuddle at night.

I really do hope that she will love it. I don't make a lot of felt things for people, so for me, to do this... gah! hopefully she will (she's big into felt things too - it's part of her business that she has - so gah, nervous of what she'll think of it. And that's my plan!

Hehe, I miss my kitty. :[ Awww, Yeah, Sassy loves to cuddle too. Although not always under the covers, although she will sometimes snuggle under them - it depends.

Felt is...different to work with. It can be very frustrating.
Yeah, Maddie likes to be under the covers. This is what she did while I was taking a shower the other night:

I've made plenty of felt things over the past year, and it's fun. :D

that had her name (indirectly) in them (> w<) She was so lovable!

Not all that I have made but there are a few pictures of things I have made here, and here - in my blog. :] I have made a few birds - a goldfinch and a blue bird, and two elephants - that I can think of as well but I know there are a few others that I haven't uploaded photos of onto my blog. xD I've made quite a few felt things. :] Felt is fun for me to work with.

Thank you! I had moments of just wanting to throw things across the room - especially with those octopuses. The red one took me 8 hours, pretty much non stop, and the rainbow one took me like 6 hours. Lots of stupid seed beads and sequins. And one of the elephants took me awhile too - but it was fun. They were all fun. Give me felt any day! :D

Like I said somewhere else, I'm not good with three dimensional art so much. I can draw and doodle, and on good days, I can paint, but three dimensional....not so much.

I am not very good with 3-D either, but give me a good pattern and some time to figure it all out, and I'm good. :]

My dance teacher makes sock animals. I have her owl. It's adorable.

And yes, Maddie is in this picture, too!

Oh, that's adorable!! :D I've thought about attempting a sock monkey. The pattern scared me. >.< And it wasn't felt, so I gave up. For some reason, only felt and I get along, for the most part. LOL!

Yeah, she got a whole little book of patterns, though she's adapted a bunch of them. She made a hedgehog with no pattern. And a Sherlock Holmes. So stinking cute.

Sherlock Holmes!? Omg, those do sound cute. I've got a friend who helps me with patterns.

Let's see if I can find the picture of them all together.

My sister has the penguin. His name is Dudley. And my owl is named Sir Pinkerton.

OMG. ALL SO CUTE. I LOVE THEM ALL. ESPECIALLY SHERLOCK!!

Haha, yeah. I mean, I looooved her in high school. And she's sooo amazing. Even now when she's retired. She's my favorite person.
