And I agree with hummy! Stop beating up on yourself! I wish I could in but I have bad asthma that acts up when I excercise. :( I have massive self esteem body images too. But all you need to do is try to just love you for who you are. it's hard.

I think it's about moderation. Like, have the cinnamon rolls, but have a it now and again and then counteract with veggies or fruit. Three cups of green tea a day is really good.

I was drawing from a prelim sketch I had drawn a couple days ago, to fix the uniform problem I was having, and hummy showed up!
It was originally supposed to be Yū, a character from my comic, but hummy showed up instead! xD
I think she wanted to try it out, lol.
I need to colour it so I can post it. xD

i've tried that, but they make microwave stuff or eat bologna, stuff that is supposed to be for lunch.

i had a roomie like that
so i would make a weeks worth of lunches and freeze them
so what i made for dinner was what was for dinner!
plus freezing things made it better for me
it was cold when i ate it at lunchtime
=)
as for snacking
get a cute container
*i have a hello kitty bowl*
and put an appropriate snack size in it
when it's empty you are done and that is that
drink some water or eat some fruit/celery/carrots if you're still hungry
