So, I'm going to get my rig once I get my tax refunds in. It's still gonna be under 300 dollars, but it's going to be a little less now, as I decided not to get the hard drive adapter cradle thing(so I can use a notebook drive in a desktop). if I can swing it, though, I want to see about getting an inexpensive card reader for the floppy drive bay. Because, let's face it -- how many people use floppy drives anymore?

After that, I'd like to get an inexpensive dedicated video card, and maybe another hard drive for media...

So fine, I'll go and start my reading and journal entries, because the sooner I get that done, the more time I'll have for that paper and the glossing that needs to get done. :/

Actually, according to the IRS, I should get my federal refund by around Thursday.

I'm gonna go through Tiger Direct for my rig -- I'm still gonna need to get an optical drive and thermal paste/grease(for the CPU/heatsink/fan), but it's still gonna be less than 300 dollars before rebates, including shipping and handling.
