Aww, minis!! :D You should volunteer! Thing is, most people don't realize, is that if you're afraid they can sense that, mostly through your body and all that, and that's why horses do act up around people. They're not out to scare people, they're just feeding off the energy you are giving them. I would so be up for that! I need to find a way to be around horses again. I miss them!
Ok, I Really need to stop procrastinating. *lol*
|
I gotta say, I'm convinced all horses are a little crazy. I tend to have a preference for animals I can predict better. Birds and horses fall into this weird space between "all instinct" and "mostly intellect". Reptiles are almost entirely instinct, so you can pretty much expect they'll react based on "hungry", "threatened", etc. Dogs, cats, and donkeys are thinkers. They also tend to give a lot of signals and signs about what they're planning. Horses and birds...I've just never been good at reading at all. But when they're a little bit smaller, even though I know ponies have a worse temper, it makes it easier for me to work with. And hippotherapy horses always tend to be better tempered anyway.

Haha, yeah, Appies tend to have a twerpy streak. My godmother had one when we were young. He was SO PRETTY though. And my grandfather had a ridiculous number of thoroughbreds. Like. Way too many. Later in life he did the same thing with cats. At least cats are a little less expensive, though.

Dad made colcannon. He always makes it with cabbage, though, and I think I would prefer kale, but it's not bad. With cheese. Haha.

I think it depends on your point of view. I'm a straight white dude, but at the same time, I've got nothing against crossplaying in an MMO, or genderswapping my avi here(or making alt accounts on Gaia). I guess it's something along the lines of "hey, I'm a dude, but some of the female-usable items look cool, so I'll do this".
I mean, if you do it, cool. If not, also cool. You know?

Yeah, I don't have a problem with it at all for other people. For me, though, being female is such an integral part of my identity, that it feels just wrong for me. I think partially because I think of an avatar as an extension of myself, rather than a separate character. Possibly this is also why I'm not into role playing.

Crazy cat lady is a transcendental title.
It's okay, I'm the crazy dog lady. And really, if I could, I'd be the crazy zoo lady.

It's an Irish dish with mashed potatoes and either cabbage or kale. Steelmagghiadaddy is a good cook, but I prefer his breakfast foods. He makes the best crepes ever.
Hehe, cabbage makes everyone toot. Cruciferous vegetables do that. Did you know that cabbage, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts are all basically from different versions and parts of the same plant?
