Why are you in pain and agony? It's still steel by the way, I just switched to my mulie for a bit.

I twisted my knee five years ago and it healed wrong
and i was in the kitchen with my sister and my knee acted up again and when it does that
it feels like it is twisting all over again.
So i can hardly walk on it right now.
and am starting to think i may need surgery.

does your Muliy like that outfit that much?

Oh good lordy, that sounds miserable. My sister has constant knee pain and she's been in physical therapy for years. If she doesn't do her exercises, she regrets it. I am sorry you have that much pain.

It's okay dear. its been going on for five years but this time is the most it has acted up besides when
my knee injury first happen.

No, but I'm terrible about never having Skype on. Facebook is always up though. I love acids and bases.
