Turns out it was just a glitchy MyFriends ping.

I used to have three pillows then I was given this awesome memory foam pillow that took the place of the three... then added a memory foam topper to my bed has made a perfect bed for me.

Possibly some exercise or a drop nap (hold on to something heavy while you nap so you drop it and wake yourself up...best way to take a short nap)? Something to change your mind set.
