Itachi nodded and bowed back. "You are very welcome, Areku-san. The tour went very well. miss Amaya-chan was a delightful guide." He answered truthfully.

"Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Come sit down, there's room." Hikari invited, waving Itachi towards her bed. She moved to sit on Naruto's bed, effectively pushing him to the side.

"Oi, this is my bed, dattebayo!" The fox protested playfully, but moved aside anyway to make room.

Amaya laughed as she sat down on her bed. "Thank you for the kind comments Itachi-sensei" she said. Hearing Ark say that he was glad to hear that brought a small smile to her face.

Areku laughed good-naturally as Hikari pushed Naruto to the side.

"It's nothing, really. I'm only telling the truth." Itachi said, sitting down on Hikari's bed as he was directed.

"So, Itachi-sensei, how have you been? I haven't seen you in a long time." Hikari asked.

"I have been well, thank you. Mostly I have been traveling, though there have been a few jobs here and there. And what about you, Hikari-chan? I see you got into Beacon, I know that's something you've talked about for a long time. And you mentioned that you are a team leader?"

"Yeah, Kari-chan's great! Even though they didn't choose her at first, I'm glad she's our leader, dattebayo." Naruto put in.

Hikari blushed slightly. "I'm sure Ark-san would have been better. But yes, I'm a team leader. And I couldn't be happier to be at Beacon, though I'm still having some trouble. My friends are helping me learn."

"That's excellent, I'm glad you got a team you are comfortable with. Now, what's this about you not being the first choice...?"

Areku chuckled lightly, just having the feeling that this wasn't going to end well for him. Oh well, he put himself into the mess the first time around, told Hikari and got out of it with only a slap to the back of the head (also known as a Gibbs Smack) and was relatively unharmed. "At first I was given position of leader for the team for what we all did against the Anglerfish, but I didn't think I was worthy of it. Sure I'm a great fighter and all, but outside of battle I have no idea what the hell I'm doing," At this, he took a breath before continuing. "And I asked them to give Hikari the position of leader as well. Not because of her family or anything," he added the last line quickly. "but because I truly believed she deserved the honor. he stated while rubbing the back of head sheepishly.

Why don't you tell him about the other reason Ark?" Amaya asked with a smirk, laughing lightly when the white-haired youth blushed lightly. It was something that could never be forgotten, or ever let Ark forget.

"Ah yes, the other reason. Well, with names like RWBY and JNPR, I wanted our name to be unique sounding as well, but also something easy to say. Hikari Starr, Areku Tenjin, Naruto Uzumaki, and Amaya Uzuino. Team HANA at your service," he said with a light chuckle

"If I remember correctly, Hikari's first words were 'You are one strange man' or something to that effect."

Hikari chuckled, remembering. "I was furious at first. I really didn't think I was cut out for it, plus I didn't want any attention called to my heritage. But with these guys around me, I think I can make it." She said, smiling. "Though I still think Ark-san is strange." She added.

Itachi raised an eyebrow and chuckled, which was an oddly pleasant sound. "I can see how Hikari-chan would react badly to that at first, but I think you did her a service, Areku-san. Though I can see how you would have been an excellent leader, I have always thought that given the chance, Hikari-chan could become so much more. She just needed a challenge, and someone to believe in her. I must thank you for giving her that chance." He said, making Kari blush and look away. "And for the record, I agree about your team name. It does sound unique, and much better than it would have been otherwise."

Naruto fell back, laughing. "I never thought I'd hear someone agree with that reason! Kari-chan, your Sensei is pretty cool, dattebayo!"

Amaya liked hearing the sound of laughter coming from Itachi, having a feeling that it didn't come often. 'I have to agree with Kari-chan, you are one strange man Areku," she said teasingly, the only result she got was in the form of a pillow being thrown in her general direction for her troubles from the said male.

Hikari started laughing as well. "I guess we're doing target practice now! Maya-chan's got good reflexes, though. You'll have to aim better, Ark-san!" She giggled.

"So I guess that means I should aim for you?" he asked before throwing the second pillow on his bed at their leader.

Hikari 'eep!'ed and ducked just in time to dodge the pillow. "Hey, I dodged it! Now let's see how good my aim is!" She said, and launched a pillow back at Ark.

Feeling left out, Naruto took a pillow and tossed it at Amaya.

Areku chuckled lightly as he moved slightly to the right, letting the pillow land harmlessly on the bed. Smirking lightly, he saw the second pillow coming at him from who he assumed was Naruto before quickly catching it. He might have hated the reflex training his clan mates had put him through, but this was just as fun...actually, that gave him an idea...

Amaya ducked, staring lightly as the pillow headed to where Itachi was sitting...

Itachi easily dodged the pillow. He moved so quickly it looked as if the pillow had simply skipped over him and hit the wall behind him. "Is that the best you can do?" He asked after a moment, picking up a pillow. With a smirk, he tossed it back, making sure to keep his strength in check.

Hikari held her breath for a moment, not sure how her Sensei would react. He used to be pretty easygoing about that kind of thing, but that was when he was a private tutor. When he smirked, she let out the breath, knowing it was okay.

"Nice speed," Areku responded before getting hit by a pillow himself, not knowing about the potential danger that could have happened.

Naruto laughed. "That was epic! He really nailed you, Ark-san!" He said, just before getting hit with a pillow himself.

Hikari jumped up and cheered. "Ha, I hit him!" She cried triumphantly.

"Nice shot, Hikari-chan."

Areku grabbed the pillow that hit him a few second ago before flinging it at Amaya, seeing as she hadn't gotten hit just yet. Smirking lightly when it hit, he quickly dodged the return fire from the girl with a light laugh. He was actually having fun for once in his life.

Hikari laughed as the pillow fight went on. She was enjoying it, but she knew she was enjoying it even more because of the people she was with. Eventually, too tired to continue, she flopped back down onto her own bed, not caring that Itachi was still there. "Okay, I give! I can't throw another pillow!" She said dramatically.

Amaya laughed lightly after hearing Hikari being dramatic, having a feeling that the pillow fight was about to come to a close. It was fun while it lasted, and she was able to see a side of Itachi that, besides Hikari, no one had ever seen before.

Naruto laughed and sat down. "I agree, I'm exhausted! I think we missed lunch, dattebayo!" He said tiredly. As if to prove his point, his stomach growled loudly.

Itachi smirked. "How terrible. As a teacher, I have clearly failed to provide you with the proper nourishment." He said, obviously teasing.

"Don't worry, Naruto-kun can stand to miss a meal or two!" Hikari said, making Naruto protest loudly.

"She's telling the truth. He may look like a fox, but he eats like a horse," Areku teased.

Amaya had to agree with that statement, seeing how much Naruto had eaten in the past.

Naruto sat up. "Come on, guys, I'm not that bad!" He whined, feeling like they were ganging up on him. "Besides, I'm nothing compared to how much I've seen Kari-chan put away!"

"Hey! I do not eat that much! Well....not always, anyway." Hikari said, blushing. She was many things, but ladylike, she was not.

(For some reason I see Itachi embarrassing Hikari with an old story from before Beacon. Don't know why though)

Areku chuckled lightly before letting out a brief yawn, noticing that Amaya was also starting to tire out herself. 'Naruto did say that both girls did like me, but I'm having a feeling that Maya-chan is starting to develop a crush on our new teacher...' he silently thought before yawning once again. The thinking about his relationship issues could wait until tomorrow.

Hikari yawned as well, and chuckled. "You guys are making me yawn. I guess I am a bit tired, though." She said, yawning again.

"Be careful not to fall asleep standing up, Hikari-chan." Itachi said with a smirk.

Hikari blushed. "Itachi-sensei, don't!"

"Why not? It was cute." Itachi turned to the others. This was clearly a story he liked to tell. "You see, Hikari-chan has always had one very strong attribute that helped her in training: she's stubborn. She refuses to give up, even when her body can't keep going. I left her once with the instruction to practice a new form until she had it perfect. When I returned a week later, I was informed that the girl had not left the training grounds once the whole time. I went out to the grounds to find her standing completely still, not doing anything. When I came around to see her face, I saw that she was completely asleep standing up, drooling all over her shirt. She must have sensed me, because as soon as I was close enough, she fell forward into my arms and muttered "Kari loves Nii-chan." I carried her inside and set her down on her bed, and I came back the next day to check up on her."

"And he hasn't let me forget about it since then." Hikari said, her face beet red.

"..." After a slight pause, Naruto burst out laughing. "Aw, little Kari-chan was so sweet!" He laughed.

"I can attest to her being stubborn, so can Maya-chan," Areku replied with a light chuckle after hearing the story. "Thank you for the blackmail Itachi-sensei," he added once he finished getting his laughter under control. Though he did have to admit that falling asleep while standing up was a hard task to do, but he wasn't surprised that Hikari-chan did something like that.

Hikari buried her face in her hands. "Great, just great. This is what I get for training hard." She said, embarrassed.

"There's nothing wrong with training really hard, Kari-chan. But part of getting better is knowing when to stop." Naruto said, still smiling. He felt a little bad for her- a little.

Itachi nodded. "Well put, Naruto-san. That is the purpose of telling that story- that, and to see Hikari-chan's face light up like a Christmas tree." He chuckled, earning a glare from his student.

"Well, at least we know when she's ready to stop," he said with a light grin as he teased the girl. "You wouldn't happen to have any more stories...would you Itachi-sensei?

"I've learned since then." Hikari said defensively. "Anyway, none of you better repeat that story, or I swear I'll tie you all up together in a closet for three days and tell everyone you're having a threesome." She threatened.
