Areku nodded before getting up out of the seat he was in and made his way down to the front of the classroom, once he was clear of everyone, he took his weapon off his back, allowing it to snap together. The quarterstaff quickly coming together. "This isn't much...and doesn't have anything truly special about it, but Moonlight Purgatory has been with me for as long as I remember, passed down from generation to generation," he said, making sure not to bring out his secondary weapons.

Hikari leaned forward, wondering if Ark would say anything else about the weapon. She loved it's name, but apparently that was all they got to know because he stopped. Itachi called her up next, and she started forward, pulling her scissor blades out. "My name is Hikari Starr. These are Dusk and Dawn." She said, pulling the blades apart so that she had one in each hand. "They are dual swords that lock together into scissors. My scissor blades, as I call them, were the very first weapon I ever designed and created, and they are very special to me. When I strike them together, they light on fire, which adds a huge edge to my fighting...no pun intended." She said.

'she actually created those? That's pretty cool, especially the fact they can fuse together...' Ruby thought as she kept her excitement to herself. So far she had learned of three new weaponsmiths and wanted to get to know them. Well, she already knew Hikari and Amaya, but she wanted to get to know Itachi more...

'Interesting...another fire user. I'll have to talk to her and see if we can swap ideas,' Yang thought to herself. She was also curious about the look that was held in Itachi's eyes when Amaya went up. 'Could it be that he has feelings for the girl?' She would have to ask Amaya later when they were done with classes.

((Okay, Wolfie's gonna just skip ahead slightly. She only wanted to do team HANA, and she has no clue how to actually conduct a lesson...))

By the time the bell rang for the next class, they had heard from everyone about their weapons. Some of them were quite interesting, while others were rather generic, and others still were mysterious, making it clear that the person was holding back secrets. "That was fun, though I expected as much from Itachi-sensei. He always had a way of making lessons interesting." Hikari said.

(That's fine. Also sorry about last night, got home from work was feeling tired and then just went to sleep. woke up at 4, figured you wouldn't be on so just went back to sleep for 2 hours longer. Also...I thought Itachi was going to speak to Areku/Ark about the kiss in the cafeteria, unless you wanted to have Amaya apologize first, or we could have Itachi talk to Ark in private and Amaya apologize to Hikari then.

Also...SEASON 2 EPISODE 1 IS TONIGHT! WOOT!)

"I have to admit, it was fun. And it's nice to know that other people made their own weapons, just like with me and my Crescent Rose..." Ruby admitted with a light blush, not seeing Amaya narrow her eyes at the scythe user.

"Ah, does my sister have a crush? Yang teased before turning to Hikari. "Though I'm surprised to hear that you're a Fire User too...if you want any tips, I'm your girl. Besides, people with such a...burning personality have to stick together, right?" she asked, making a terrible pun.

"Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang!" Ruby whined as the others laughed at the two sisters, one for her whining, the other for the bad pun.

((Yeah, it's cool. And don't worry about it, Itachi will talk to Ark, just not right this minute. He is a teacher, after all, so it wouldn't be realistic to have him blow off his next class to talk with someone. It's probably better to have Amaya and Hikari talk now. And also WOOT!!))

Hikari laughed, both at the whining and the horrible pun. "I suppose you're right. I'll keep you in mind next time I want to try out a new move. Just remember that if you're practicing with me, things might get a little...heated." She said, trying and failing to suppress a smile.

"Aw, man, do we really have to listen to a bad pun marathon?" Naruto groaned, looking almost physically pained after Hikari's pun.

(Most. Epic. Food Fight. Ever! And I see your point)

Areku facepalmed at the pun. "Kari-chan...don't pick up Yang's bad habits" he said, a little annoyed at the bad pun. It wasn't terrible, but it was close.

Hikari chuckled. "Sorry, I couldn't resist." She said.

"Please try to resist next time." Naruto said.

"Oh come on, it wasn't that bad."

"Yes it was. It was that bad and worse, dattebayo."

"I have to agree with Foxy Kari-chan," Amaya added. "And your boyfriend agrees with us."

Hikari glared at Amaya, not saying anything.

Naruto gulped. "Ah, Maya-chan? You haven't spoken to her yet..." He whispered.

Naruto was right. She hadn't talked to Hikari yet and knew that she had to have one with the girl...though she wasn't looking forwards to it. "Hikari-san...can I speak with you? In private?" she asked after her reminder.

Hikari sighed lightly, knowing that this talk had to happen sooner or later. "Fine, over here." She said, breaking off from the group and heading off towards a more secluded place.

Amaya nodded before following Hikari, knowing that they had to have this talk...if she wanted her friendship with the girl to survive.

Once they were in a slightly more private place, Hikari turned to Amaya. "Okay, so let's talk." She said, waiting for the other girl to say what she wanted to.

Amaya winced lightly as she heard the frustration in Hikari's voice as the girl told her to talk. "I...I just wanted to apologize for what I said earlier. I wasn't thinking and blurted out the first thing that came to mind. This team is the first set of friends I've had ever after the incident...please, I don't want to lose it," Amaya pleaded.

Hikari sighed, seeming to deflate right there. She looked so defeated. "I know. I understand, Amaya-chan, and I forgive you. I don't want to lose any of you, either. You are the first friends I have ever had. I just...perhaps you would all understand better, if I told you why that name bothers me so much. I'll tell you what, later, after classes are done and we're all available, we'll gather in the dorm and I'll tell you all what happened."

Amaya listened to Hikari and was glad that her leader forgave her, not knowing what she would have done if she hadn't. But now, she wouldn't have to worry about that. "I think everyone would like that...and thank you," Amaya said softly. "So...you and Ark, huh?" she asked, trying to change the subject.

Hikari chuckled, blushing slightly. "Yeah, I'm pretty surprised, myself. Happy, but surprised. I never thought he'd like me that way." She said.

Meanwhile, Naruto was waiting with Ark. "So, how do you think it's going with those two?" He asked, trying to make conversation.

"Well, I don't hear any explosions or seeing any trees falling down, so I think they're still being civil with each other, but besides that, I have no clue," Ark replied, hoping that everything was alright between the two girls. And while he didn't have the same feelings for Amaya as he did for Hikari, he did think of the former as a younger sister.

"I'm just glad he chose one of us, more so the better with you rather than me," Amaya said, knowing that Hikari already knew about how she was already falling for Itachi. The only reason she hadn't said anything yet was because she didn't want to look like a fangirl.

Naruto nodded. "Yeah...I just hope everything will be okay." He said.

Hikari smiled. "I guess you're right. So, did any of my tips help you at all, or have you not approached Itachi-sensei yet?"

"I was going to talk to him after classes ended for the day, or catch him after dinner and talk to him then. I just hope I don't screw it up by sounding like a fangirl..." Amaya admitted as she blushed lightly.

"I hope so too. I don't want them fighting each other," Areku admitted.

Hikari hugged her friend. "No worries, Maya-chan. Itachi-san already admires you, because you acted kindly to him on your tour. Just be yourself and you'll be just fine." She said confidently.

"You think so?" Amaya asked after returning the hug.

"Absolutely. You're a great person, Maya-chan, and you're not the fangirl type, so that's already a huge advantage." Hikari replied.
