I think I have a few that were my favourites.
My fiancé got me the Hyrule Historia which actually is one of my favourite gifts this year. I have always loved the Legend of Zelda series since I was a kid when I would watch my brother play A Link to the Past and also watch my dad play Ocarina of Time. He was planning on getting it for me for Christmas and was happy to see it on my gift list that I wrote out for his family. Another gift was again from my fiancé. I like to play some PC games but some of them are a pain in the butt to play on the PC using a keyboard. I didn't even write it on my list, but he decided to get me a Logitech controller for my computer so I can play my games using a game controller. :D That and we get to play games together when I visit him on the weekend.
And finally my other favourite gift was something that wasn't bought specifically for me. My mom's family to save money with gifting between us adults decided a couple years ago to do a "grab bag" gift where each "household" buys one gift that is under 20$ and we bring it to my aunt's house and pick a number and that's the gift we get. We can trade before we open gifts. Well, my fiancé picked our number and we probably got the best gift. My mom had bought a whole bunch of stuff for the basket it came in- box 1: a set of 4 cups with little packets of cocoa in them, box 2: a bunch of fruit flavoured syrups made with real fruit, and box 3: a package of buttermilk pancakes, and a packet of buckwheat. Lets just say afterwards my fiancé and I were excited and he even hugged my mom for it because pancakes are something I make and it gives him a break from having to do all the breakfast (plus he loves pancakes)... and he hates my mother. We have broken into them and really enjoy the stuff :D
Sorry for the long post, but I had a bunch of things, couldn't choose just one.
