Avery just watched him, keeping her hands in close. She didn't trust herself not to hurt anything if she accidentally managed to touch.

"Well, they're gone now," Dean said. "Won't need to worry about 'em any more."

Sam gave her a bit of room but he didn't go far, and he did check her over for any injuries. But he knew better than to push her to go to a hospital.

Tiana nodded and looked over at Avery. "I should go find our car so we can get going again."

Dean raised an eyebrow.

"Going?" he asked. "Not going to stick around and have a drink or two for your nerves?" Because he could see both of the girls still trembling, and there was nothing better for shot nerves than alcohol.

"I don't think my friend wants to," Tiana said with a little shrug. She certainly wouldn't object, but then, she was less worried about causing earthquakes now.

Dean raised an eyebrow, glancing at the other girl and back.

"Your friend the snow-cone maker?" he asked. "You don't think it's a good idea for her to rest for one night?"

"I don't think she'll want to rest. There's a difference there." Tiana shrugged. "Besides, alcohol is bad, especially for her. I have a higher tolerance."

Dean sighed.

"Look," he said, "we took care of the vamps in this nest, but there's no telling what else might be around here. At least let me and my brother look after you two for a bit until we're sure it's safe."

Tiana hesitated for a moment.

"Alright," she agreed. "I can't guarantee how long we'll stay, but we'll try. For a while."

"Good," Dean said. He glanced over at his brother. "Ready to go, Sammy?"

Sam nodded. "Yeah, let's go." He kept an eye on Avery, though. He didn't want her to run off just yet.

Avery just moved closer to Tiana, still trembling a bit.

Dean headed back towards the Impala, letting everyone else follow.

Tiana followed after a moment, sticking close to Avery. She settled into the back of the car.

"We'll go get our car after we've both calmed down a bit," she told Avery.

Sam sat in the front, though he did glance back at the girls to make sure neither of them was about to run off.

Avery nodded, managing to keep herself from ruining the inside of the car. It was a rather pretty car, she had to admit. The car seemed a bit familiar somehow, though, but she couldn't place from where.

Tiana stuck close to Avery, taking the time to calm down herself. She definitely needed that quiet time. She toyed with a few of the gems in her pocket.

Avery had stopped trembling, but she was still keeping her hands to herself. She didn't trust herself not to damage anything yet.

Dean just drove them all back to the motel, parking and turning off the car.

"It should be alright here for the night," he said.

Sam nodded. "For one night," he agreed. "So we can make sure they're fine."

Tiana blinked. "Uh, guys, not to be a downer, but this is a hotel. I thought we were going to a bar or something for a couple hours."

"It'll take until tomorrow to make sure that we got all the vamps," Dean said. "We got the main nest, but some might have crashed somewhere else for the day and will come out again tonight." It was only partially bullshit; while technically it was all true, he did also want to see if he got the chance to ask them about the weird pattern of icings that Bobby had set the brothers on. That was why they were there in the first place, after all.

"Alright." Tiana shivered briefly and got out of the car, letting them lead the way inside. It did make sense, after all, so she wasn't going to protest too much.

Dean went inside first, already calling Bobby to let him know they'd taken care of the nest. He'd let Sam deal with the girls for now, since Sam was less likely to scare them more.

Sam got out some bottles of water for the two, handing them over. "Go ahead and get comfortable," he told them. "Have you had anything to eat recently?"

Avery shook her head.

"Not since yesterday," she said. She glanced at Tiana.

"Yesterday," Tiana agreed.

"Too long ago," Sam said. "Is pizza alright with you two? Or we can get something else, there's always a 24 hour diner around."

"Pizza's fine," Avery said, cautiously sitting down at the small table. She sighed softly in relief when nothing happened to the chair or the table.

Sam called and ordered pizza, getting out cash to pay.

Tiana settled in next to her, stretching out a bit before taking everything out of her pockets to take inventory.

Avery did the same, pretty much turning her pockets inside out. She didn't have much beyond her wallet and a few folded bills.
