Everyone is getting the yuckies in my house too. So far I've been able to avoid it.

Vit C! It does wonders for me for keeping away the ickies
Whenever I know people are getting sick, feel like my immune system may be compromised, or feel a sniffle, I take Vit C. I don't really get sick anymore. I'll feel a little crappy one day like it's coming on, and then the next it passes. I just keep taking it every day to help boost my immune system and it really does help.

I've been nomming oranges as a snack of choice. I'm to cheap to buy the tablet vita Cs.

I get a huge thing of it when on sale. Lasts me longer and cheaper in the long run than buying oranges.

but.. oranges are good so having both is good..

My parents have 3 orange trees that are super good, so I eat their oranges when visiting and in season. Oranges from the store don't even remotely compare, so I don't care for them that much. Whenever I buy one I am typically dissapointed I did. I'll get mandarines sometimes, though.

every time i feel a cold coming on, i take vit C, echinacea and this thing called Wellness Formula that's basically a multivitamin aimed at fighting off colds... it's got, like, everything in it idek, but i take it and within a day or two i feel all better. also, i try to drink lots of water. that's important.

Yes, hydrating is important! Lots and lots of water. Keep your body healthy and strong so it has a better chance to fight off things. If it's not wasting energy on being dehydrated then I had more energy to spend on fighting away bad bugs.

Some suggestions just from peaking around, but Kiari has a beautiful avi on right now that has a gorgeous and well constructed scenery. BSW, as always, is currently making an avi that I can already tell will be lovely! And Nightmare has a neat, unique theme.

I agree! Great item use of items that rarely get used, but it all goes so well together. Nice face features, good colors. I like that green was not used. I think that it makes it even nicer, because it's not solitarily festive now. Festive or a cute winter avi. Not abrasive or overwhelming.

Has anyone else noticed that we no longer have the permalink option for posts? Its been maddening. And it makes it so weird when you get tagged in a post and it directs you to that post by itself, seperate from the thread. Throws me off. I like seeing it in context.
