You got the @ part right.

To ping someone you need to do the following. I'll use me as an example

@.Cora.;

But you take out the two periods to make it work.

When done correctly it will change and look like this.

Cora:

@ Cora ;

Lol, it will need no spaces for it to change to the blue. But it appears that ping still worked ^.^
