"Not really, maybe that gravity-whatever stuff is different here." He answered while dodging more cannon shots. He flew into the trees near where the ship was anchored. "Alright, I'm gonna fly you behind the sail, so Hook will think that I'm up there. Then I'll fly up behind him and scare him. What do you think?" He had an evil grin. He loved scaring Hook like this.

" Alright." Wendy nodded trying not to think about how dangerous this was. " Lets go." she flew towards the ship then paused she grinned and continued holding onto the courage she had. She landed behind the sail and pitched her voice " Ahoy Hook."

Hook whirled around towards the sail that Wendy was perched on. "Pan, you coward! Come down here and fight like a man!" He bellowed, whilst swinging his sword around semi-threateningly. Peter came up behind him and pulled his hat off. "Well, Captain. It's rude not to look at someone when you're talking to them." he said cheerfully, as he put Hook's hat over his own. Hook, white as a sheet, looked from Peter, to Wendy. "Is this another one of your tricks, boy?"

"Absolutely." he answered before flying off. He dropped the hat in the water for the crocodile. "Let's go Wendy!"

Wendy followed him laughing she missed the look of recognition on Hooks face. " I haven't had that kind of fun in a while." she landed carefully on shore. " Oh Peter thank for bringing me back." she hugged him then with a blush she pulled away.

Face turning as red as his hair, Peter awkwardly pulled away from Wendy as she did the same. "I..uh.. yeah. It was fun.." he gulped, ".wasn't it?" His voice let out a strange squeaking sound as he stumbled for words. He was given a cruel reminder, why girls were weird. "Hook hasn't changed, right?"

"No he hasn't changed at all." Wendy chuckled " Lets go find the boys." she hurried off remembering the way like she has just been there yesterday. She found the dead tree and grinned at it waiting for the boys to start pestering her.

Peter followed Wendy, trying to issue a warning but she was gone too fast. He had finally caught up with her at the tree. He coughed twice. "Uh, Wendy?" He thought for a moment, trying to say this next part as nicely as possible. "We had to move hideouts. Tink gave away this one's location, remember?" He said, digging his foot into the ground as he told her.

"Oh." Wendy blinked she had forgotten about that. "Guess as a grownup I forgot something's." she sighed " But I am surprised Hook would remember where it was." she smiled.

Peter frowned. He didn't like to think of Wendy as... different. He just wanted to think of her as the same girl from a year ago. But, it's hard to pretend a year hasn't gone by. "He probably would have forgotten, if he didn't still have the map." He answered. "I'll show you the way to the new hideout."

"Alright." Wendy took his hand " this way I won't lose you in the brush." she was blushing softly. "I get lost easily you know and kidnapped easily to." she chuckled.

Peter turned to hide his blush. "I, uh, don't really think that about you, but I guess yeah, it's true." he answered, stumbling for words a little. He led her away from the old hideaway, and after a bit of walking, and a little flying over rough patches, they came upon what looked like an old stump. "Here we go." He looked into where the tree used to be and called down into a hole. "Outta the way!!" He echoed. He looked at Wendy. "After you."

Wendy slid down without a word to him giggling softly. She reached the bottom with a ofh.

"Here I come!" After hearing Wendy reach the bottom, Peter hopped into the hole, laughing the way down. He landed on a makeshift bed, in the underground hideout. "Lost Booooyss!! I'm back!" He called out. He could hear the boys laughs and giggles as they made their way to where Peter and Wendy were.

"Oh dear." Wendy braced herself " Wendy we found the boys all by ourselves." Michael." boasted proudly. " That's wonderful Michael ." She smiled at him.

"All by themselves, they say. Yeah right." Tink chittered as she flew over and landed on Peter's shoulder, stretching out and resting her head against his neck. "These boys are so troublesome. They tire me out." She moaned. Peter laughed. A couple of the lost boys were tugging on Wendy's dress, excited that she was back.

They bugged and bugged with questions. "Did you miss me?" "What's London like?" "Are you here to stay?" As well as others. Peter just sat himself in his chair and watched.

'' One at a time." Wendy laughed. " Yes I missed you. London is...nice if you like cities...no I don't think I'm here to stay." she sounded a little sad.

Peter seemed visibly sad when Wendy mentioned she wouldn't stay. Of course she wouldn't stay, she had family back in London. He sighed, then jumped out of his chair again. "Hey, since Wendy can't stay very long, let's make sure she has a bunch of fun! Let's play a game!" He clapped his hands together, while Tink moaned and went to hide in her little hole in the wall.

"That sounds fun! Yeah!" the boys agreed almost in sync. "What do you wanna play, Wendy?" One asked her.

"Oh goodness I don't rightly know...how about hide and seek? Of course it will have to more complicated then that...Oh I know the whole island can be a place to hide and Hooks ship can be safe." Wendy smiled "And Peter will be it."

Peter frowned. "Aww I'm it? Fine..." Then he smiled. "That's absolutely fantastic! You guys better run!!" He closed his eyes, and floated upside down. "One...two....three.....Tink!" Tink muttered some inaudible insults as she came out of her hole. "What?" "You are gonna be referee. Make sure that no one gets in trouble." He told her. She mumbled and darted from the hideout. "Okay, let's try this again...one...two.."

Wendy giggled as the boys took of she thought a moment and then hurried off herself heading for the Indian camp hoping to meet tiger lily.

"Three, four..... Ten!" Peter cheated and didn't really care. "READY OR NOT, HERE I COME!" he hollered, before flying from the hideout, up into the sky. He scanned the trees below for movement. He thought he saw some movement below, and found the twins climbing up some trees. "Gotcha!" He snickered. They complained, but he ignored them and flew back up to look some more.

Wendy walked to the Indian camp and smiled as she caught sight of Tiger Lilly she has been jealous of the girl when she had been here last but she liked listening to there tales. With a deep breath she approached the girl "Hello Tiger Lilly." she hoped the girl remembered her.

Tiger Lily heard a familiar voice and turned around. "Wendy! You're back!" She gave her a hug and looked at her. "Wow, you are taller now! How are you?" Her English was a little better now, Peter had taught her more.
