BSW: Yeah, and most people don't realize that was approx 50 or so items. I literally went through and figured out what I hardly ever used - took out the ones I loved and put them in their own folder and used the Wishing tree to give away the rest (as I did this during the last URE), or gave them direct to friends who were questing them. And Spring Glade was one of those items, because I rarely use it.

Edit: Sent it back! Haha, i decided instead that Yellow worked best for what I was going with - I was going to go purple, but I decided that yellow goes best with the sunflowers and then attacked my avvie with all the butterflies! :P

I like the yellow, too-- the purple would have been too close to your boots!

Yeah, I tried the purple, and it blended in too much. Now it contrasts against the boots, and it works better. Plus.. MORE COLOR!!

Yeah, sepia tone was where I was going... and I like the touches of green.

It works really well. What is the background from? The green does pop and it works well. :]

The background is Honeymoon Retreat... I love and hate Honeymoon Retreat. It's the plain matte background I've been begging for for ages, but it layers in front of everything, so I can't use it as a base for most of the things I want to do with a matte background.

Awwww! So it's like "Here you go, what you've been asking for.... but it won't work properly all the time with items that you want to use." At least it works well here! ^_^

True! And there's always a chance for more backgrounds like this in the future-- they only have a few colors in this item. *crosses fingers*

I should add the layering issue-- I've requested multiple times for solid color backgrounds in the CI suggestion thread.

You should! Just to bring it to their attention. :) Because as a wall item, you'd think it'd work with items being in front of it.

I did comment on this one in the layering glitches... the argument on their end was that it's meant for an inside wall-- which I guess I accept, but having it on that layer is awfully limiting. The honeymoon retreat does has some lovely walls with windows that make perfect sense in that particular layer, but that's not the look I'm going for.

Ah that makes sense, but at the same time... It's annoying. :/ They should make it work as a background later if someone wants it as that as well.

Well, they haven't actually said 'no' yet, so it could just be the pixelers are busy with RL things.

Ahhhh mmmm yeah, that could be it. RL loves to get in the way.
