Well, they announced it at like 1:30am, they did add an annoucement banner until way later. So I didn't know about it until like 12 hours later >_<

Usually I can sell 2 of the new CI's at super high prices before everyone jumps on the band wagon and starts selling them for lower prices.

Right now Hummy is the only one selling the glowing CI, so I didn't want to underprice her. So I'll underprice her once hers sells.
