Uwaah I can't keep up ><
lunanuova: Thanks for the welcome, and the luck! Your avatar is pretty cool :)
SuperZombiePotatoe: Long story but my mom wanted me to be a doctor and now she's tricked me into coaching. Even otherwise I'd probably end up this way because most people either go for engineering or medicine (in India i.e, for jobs) and I don't like math so engineering is out -_- Parents push their children hard towards either of these and because everyone is running for just two things the competition is cutthroat, especially in engineering, and in the engineering entrance loss of one mark can set you back thousands of ranks. (Medicine is pretty bad but not as much as engineering because it's easier for people to open private engineering institutes.) I'm sure I'll snap after these two years and do exactly as I want though. I only entered coaching because my mom tricked me into it by saying that it's a substitute for tuition and it works out cheaper.
NOBODY goes through high school without extra help since it's the Indian educational system we're dealing with, which is second in grind only to China, Singapore and other meritocracies, so I was scared and went with it.
Stupid I know. But not many people have the courage to actually end up doing whatever they want, if it's not a safe gamble.
