I used to be extremely trusting then got screwed over to the point where I don't trust anyone anymore, but I've also learned not to assume or jump the gun. So I play things safe and don't let myself get too close to anyone so when the eventual crap happens that screws me over...it doesnt bother me as much.

see im like that without getting screwed over too much. I had one go sour and it hurt like a b!tch and took me a while to get over him, but i didnt exactly get screwed. I still dont let anybody get close though.

I'm now one of those horrible people that date until the guy says he loves me then i run a mile cause i get scared of commitment incase i fall for him too.

So i'm just avoiding it now. Im sure i'll know when im ready to commit again, i dont wanna hurt anymore feelings.
