My insomnia always comes back after like 3 weeks.
It's very annoying.

Yep. I am trying to fix my schedule
yet again. I fell asleep though for maybe 10-20 minutes in my sister's room
and for some odd reason after that, I felt much more awake.

i can sleep plenty during the day if i want, its the night that keeps me awake...
maybe i am a night person or something...
i will feel horrible in the morning.

I am the other way around. I love mornings.
And during the morning, I am much more creative and productive compared to the evening.

Though when it comes to my sleep schedule, I am barely sleeping or oversleeping nowadays
to where I sleep through dinner
and only get a meal down a day.
