I hate that my muscles are practically screaming afterwards.
And I'm glad!
The tightness in my chest mostly went away..
I sat up and I burped a lot.

I have been having tummy issues too. But I always have since I got my gall bladder out in 2005. My dad thinks I have IBS. Who know, and I won't be finding out anytime soon because I only go to the doctor when I really have to. I've been having heart issues too, mine likes to flutter though it's been better lately.
