After that update my Wacom is suddenly not working...and it just was.

Sounds silly, but have you restarted your computer? I guess that would have been part of the update process.
Any updates for your tablet?

Yup at least 5 times threw-out this whole thing. Mostly likely more XD

But damn that really sucks! I'm so paranoid of that happening when I update things.

Right now I'm installing the proper graphic card drivers. It's been trying to run from the wrong thing (the on board one not fancy high end one).

Oh right, so hopefully that will fix it all up?! (You lost me at drivers)

Yes the Wacom is working, still looking for the photoshop disks though. >.< But everything is going much smoother now. :D It's just a matter of fining and installing the last thing.

I'm goin out for a bit to get a bite to eat.

What a marathon! Sounds so worth it though, it's great it's worked out.

Went to the hospital tonight..

Oh my god, are you okay? Was it because of that thing that happened yesterday?

Yeah.
I'm fine.
And yes it was.
Today at work I had bad chest pain and I was short of breath.
Then all of a sudden my arms went all tingly and I felt like passing out.

But from all the tests I had doctor said it wasn't my heart,
It was acid reflex.
Because it had gotten that bad.

That would have been so terrifying! I had no idea acid reflux could get that bad. As bad as it sounds, it's good that it's that and not something else.
So are you taking something to prevent it happening again or do you just have to be careful?

The doctor gave me something for it.
But see I have an irregular heartbeat so I was just making sure it wasn't that.

Okay that's good. Hopefully that gets rid of it for good.
Oh wow, that would have been scary since you know that already.

Yeah, not everything can be predicted, discovered and accounted for.
