Yes, and then they bite the crap out of you with their venomous little fangs! They want our death.

But they do get rid of flying insects. Think of all the insects if we didn't have spiddies...

And HIM's fat cat wouldn't be able to eat them all.

Awww, HIM is an arachnophile too? I love spiders. I mean, obviously, I kill the dangerous ones if they're in an area where they pose a threat. I don't want my doggies dying from a black widow bite. But the rest are awesome.

I hate all insects equally, I do not feel extra animosity to a particular bug. xD

I don't mind arthropods in their place. I don't like roaches in my home because they imply a dirty house. I don't like mosquitoes near me, because I always react to their bites and they spread disease. I don't like fleas or ticks because they spread disease and hardly anything eats them so I think they're pretty pointless. And I don't like crickets too close to my bedroom because their noise keeps me awake at night.

I'm the same as Amelia. I might say a particular one is the worst, but really, they all are in their own ways. I can't pick one over another as the true worst.

There's someone in K-pop who's afraid of bugs. I can't remember his name because I don't follow the group he's in. He and I are one and the same in the way we react to bugs.

Every time I think of you and crickets and storms, Magghia, I laugh.

HIM thinks wasps are pointless.

HIM also thinks that beezlebums should play Flight Of The Bumble Bee when they're flying.

Bugs can do what they want as long as they stay away from me and my house.

Parasitic wasps are kind of cool. But the wasps that get pissed off because you walked by their hive and then sting you 200 times are way not cool.

I use my bathroom slipper to smash any bugs or roaches coming into my house where I can see them Or use the insecticide or whatever that spray is called. Other than that I don't really mind, and I don't hit spiders. Never hit spiders.

I hear a lot of incidents where someone squished a spider and babies went everywhere… I'd die and burn everything. Nothing could stay. Nothing.

My mom keeps a spray can of Raid by her bed. But it's not for bugs. It's for the eyes and mouths of intruders. Because Raid has a range of 50 feet and my mom is paranoid. We have guns too, but they're locked up. Too likely to be used against you.

Yes, I've experienced that, really. Mum got a mama spider once and the tiny babies... everywhere in the house.

Luckily, only certain spiders exhibit maternal care after the spiderlings have hatched.

It's interesting how many animals completely ignore their babies after they have them.

Indeed, but that's why they lay SO MANY eggs. Reproductive strategies are really interesting. *could go on about it forever*
