Gizzie has never had eggplant parm , the other day I made shake and bake eggplant ^.^

I'm going to try and make some mac n' cheese from scratch. I'm using a smoked Gouda and a white cheddar cheese with hatch chile peppers in it for my cheese. I've never made mac n' cheese from scratch before and since hummys always mentioning it, I thought I'd ask her about it. Was going to get bacon bits for it too, but I forgot them.

Yeah, my eggplant parm is sort of like that, I make a breadcrumb mix, and shake it all over it after doing the egg wash.
