Well - when I moved to this new apartment, the internet guy came out to get it set up. He said he was upgrading my modem because the other one was old and got jostled in the move. So I got a new modem. He hooked my router up (because I'm not paying 15 dollars a month to rent one from them)...and said it should work and left. Well he failed to tell me that the modem doubled as a router...and so my router was useless unless they disabled the router connection on THEIR modem/router.

So after a few days with no internet, it was fixed.

About 3 weeks later...it stopped working again. I called the company who told me their modem was getting a fine signal so obviously my router had to have stopped working and told me they could do nothing about it.

So finally my boyfriend came over to help me...he did a lot of stuff to it (reset it, etc) and finally called the company himself and they checked a few techy things (love that I just get talked off the phone but HE calls and they have no problem helping him try to figure it out). He brought it back to his apartment to see if the router worked and it was fine. I'm not sure all the tech terms for this but apparently the IP address of my modem and router were the same...so the modem was trying to send the signal to my router when it was just turning about and sending it to itself. D: So he fixed that and told me it should never have worked in the first place WTF.

So then at school - our school internet sucked - came in monday morning and it was down. So no internet, no email, no COPY machines since they run on an internet signal XD

Well - logging INTO them does...we all have to login because we get only a certain number of copies per month....and so apparently when the internet is down...NO one can login...which means they won't work. Wonderful. (these are new this year - never had this problem before).

I agree. It is a really stupid problem to have. And my school isn't the only one with the problem :( The whole county got new copiers that are supposedly better and faster...but my best friend teaches at a high school here and only ONE of their copiers work (for the entire school to use) so apparently the line for the copiers at 6 AM is out the door. And my boyfriend teaches at another high school and he hasn't had internet in his room for over a month which means he can't send anything from his computer to print at the moment.

I already had it in my head that the wild hearts and heart in a cage items were connected. Like the caged one was my heart and I kept it from flying away. ( I wanted to make a short little strip of it) Thank you for the Wildheart! I feel so blessed

Doin okay, just playing a browser game called SD Gundam Online. Normally I hate browser games but...I do love the Gundam Wing, Gundam Seed, Gundam 00, Endless Waltz series so I play this and SD Gundam Capsule Fighter from time to time simply because I love the shows that they use units from lol

EEK Gundam is my favorite (aside from Yu Yu Hakusho) LOL Gundam Wing, Gundam Seed, Seed/Destiny, 00, etc. I just love it!! That sounds like fun :D
