and had only one person transport her and caused a bruise on her leg and my mom thought they broke it.

Turns out they actually did break it.

My dad is definitely going to raise hell about this.

How they transported her was standing her up and only one person being around as well as she is also paralyzed and she potentially has that one illness

I knew something bad was gonna happen since i had a nightmare of my mother.
I tend to have stress nightmares the day of when something happens.

I'd go after that company and have your dad see if it can be resolved in house otherwise talk to a lawyer after getting pictures and such done.

In order for my mother to be home
with us, we have to have a house.
But my dad isn't allowed to have a real actual house because of the insurance
my mother is on affects their spouse and takes away that kind of stuff
which is really stupid.

My mother would need an at home nurse, and a house specifically made for her.
Like being able to sit in the tub, no stairs and etc.
And that would cost a lot of money.

and we are already have a lawyer who we have to pay like $500
for the bankruptcy thing.

So my mom is paralyzed and usually
has to be transported from her chair or wherever she is sitting to go to the places like the dentist and such.[they drive a van for disabled people] Usually more than one person has to transport her. even when she was at the hospital getting an MRI they had like 4 people.

Well this time they only left the driver to do everything.

Anyways, what it sounds like is, he stood her up on both feet and sort of hold her or carry her slightly over his shoulder to transport her or something
and so that broke her leg. and she is pretty heavy because the weight she gained and they never work out with her and such as well as their food is really terrible [i have eaten there at holiday events..it's so horrible. the only good thing to eat there is like pie or hamburgers].

Anyways when they did that my mom felt like her knee popped out of place.
When my mom was younger she thought she was a dancer and had surgery on her knee
but she still had problems with her knee before her stroke.

Hamburgers are a saving grace. They're pretty good at my inpatient hospital
and my grandmother's nursing home, and everything else sucked butts. ><

Even though I have no friends
in rl except my sister or cousin, my mom has always been my bff.
Same with my sister how she feels about her.

She's the kind of woman who you could talk to and it's impossible for you to hate.
She always smiled and just made you laugh.

I also have stress nightmares whenever something goes down.
Like when anything about my relatives goes down, i have a nightmare of them
telling me how to live my life etc.
