in other llonka news, my van "Big Momma" has decided she is tired of taking me to school and won't start anymore. fatherinlaw thinks it's the battery, but hubby and i swear it's not. hubby thinks the alternator went out. so of course fatherinlaw is coming over today and i have to help him work on it. I have homework due tomorrow that i need to get done too though.
Thing that sucks is we take my van to school because it's me and my two brothers. so if the van isn't going to start, we'll all have to pile in either my brother's truck or i'll have to take hubby to work and then take his truck to school. Our University is an hour away from where we live.

LOL! It's a big green full sized Chevy van. :P Charging the battery now, but i doubt it will fix it.

It has to be the alternator. Fatherinlaw charged battery and it still won't start. He thinks hubby needs to pull the battery and get a new one, but hubby can't even get it out. Don't know how i'm gonna get to school tomorrow. And it's hot outside... i don't really want to walk to pick up the boys. poo.

Update: Hubby put the connections back on the old battery and now it's starting. I took it take the boys to school and pick up some fabric softner and it did just fine. Who knows.

They never 100% break when something's wrong.

I don't particularly like being told that I will be "crying about the cold" come winter when I know that I love it, but I think Cheshire means to be funny.

Yeah, well it pissed me off too much to be comfortable being in here... even if it was funny - it wasn't funny to me. :/ And being told to chill only made it worse. (doesn't help that I'm just at that uncomfortably pregnant state right now)

I don't think I'll be crying about the cold. I love the cold. It sucks being in the heat, like we were this weekend because it just drains you. I am just ready for fall weather I suppose, then we'll see about winter haha. I'm afraid we are going to get lots of snow and ice this year because our summer wasn't a real hot one.
