Yeah, no, that would not be fun. You have to have YOUR friends there.
This one always makes me giggle

Yeah, I didn't have many friends back then. I was the quiet one who just sat and watched people.
Haha, silliness!

I did have a few friends, but Carlie was the more out going of the two of us. And had way more than me. If he hadn't have basically pushed me to go, I wouldn't have gone.

Yeah, I had a group of us. We all went together. It was more fun that way.

I was the one who was weird enough to fit in pretty much everywhere. Sat in corners watching people and could be counted on to say something entirely inappropriate at the right moment.
No, my parents are crazy shut ins who wear costumes 4 months out of the year. Honestly? My dad was the most superior force for maintaining chastity in our home. We were all scared to do nothing more than hold hands with our dates. Oh. MY. Gawd. I just remembered.
Torturous dating moments: Right before I joined the Navy, my grandad was visiting. Date shows up so we can go to a movie (mind you, I was 18yo). Grandad decided to show slides to my date. Of me. At various stages of development. Most were completely unflattering. Shockingly, the guy asked me out again.
Very cool pregnancy pics! I also love the ones where you can follow the progress of the pregnancy.

I did that - the once a week photos - during my first pregnancy. :)

Oh gosh, my dates were all terrified of my dad because he looks like a big old mountain man. But it's my mom who is really the scary one. They found that out pretty quick.
Like these, Elmira? I love these fruit baby ones:

Hahaha, probably a good idea. Although mostly it's fruits that can get you pregnant easier (apparently all my sister is missing is kumquats), or fruits to eat while pregnant.

Haha, I should. But I think she's already overwhelmed. She's about to have to go on Clomiphene because her periods are so awful.

I think that's what they prescribed to me right before I became pregnant with Soki. Tried it again a few years later, but all it did was turn me into a hormonal spaz. Mentioning not to be a harbinger of doom, but keep an eye on her.

Oh she's already a hormonal spaz just being off birth control. She only ovulates once every fifty days and everything is just hormonally awful for her. I told her I'd be her surrogate if she couldn't conceive, but she really wants to do it herself, I think.
