Finally have a tiny bit of downtime... Alex has been on my nerves all day. I finally got Becca down for her nap about an hour ago (WAY later than usual... :/ We'll probably be up late tonight and by We I mean me) and Alex is finally asleep, I've been telling him he needs to rest, and I need a break - I've locked myself - not really, but just about - in our bedroom with Sophia, who's been asleep for more of the day than Becca and Alex combined. I have three kids right now - plus the dogs. *bangs her head into a wall*

I am Cranky blah ugh... tired Livi right now. I should nap too, but there is just too much to get done - all of which I'm ignoring and getting online instead.

The doctor said that he'll be in the cast for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how things heal, but he's taking time off from work - because he's in no fit shape to even try to work right now - he may be going back at the end of the week, but we're trying to figure out how he'll get to work as driving is going to be tricky for him.. Meh... Ugh! D: We'll see how it all goes, taking this day by day.

Well, hopefully it's closer to the 4 weeks than the six and that things work out well. I only have to wear a boot and I'm pretty miserable, so I can imagine it's gonna be extra tough with a full on cast.

That's what I'm hoping for too! I know that I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

And I know that if my hubby was in a walking boot, he wouldn't be wearing it... that's why I pushed for the cast over the walking boot... technically he could have gotten off with just the boot, but knowing him like I do... and knowing that it does need to heal, and yeah... I pushed for the cast. Starting to regret that now. It's been only a few days and he's DRIVING me up a wall! D:

Livi: The boot allows me to walk around. It's essentially a removable cast. But it also forces me to immobilize a lot because it's cumbersome and uncomfortable. I have bruises all around the top of my calf from overdoing it the last two days.
