I don't know if I'd be so dragon-y with my real money.
I'm gonna run off for a while. See you soon.

I'm kind of jealous. It looks pretty weird sometimes to have no eyebrows.
Seriously...look where there should be eyebrows. THERE IS NOTHING THERE!

Well, they've been special. It turns out that I have dangerously low Vitamin D and hypothyroidism and a cold, and I have been randomly turning blue and fainting and exhausted from it all. I've missed three days of work because of it, and my kids take their first district assessment this week and they are NOT prepared.

Oh dear! That's not good! :( All of it.
Good luck to your kids, and hopefully despite everything they'll do ok?
Things here have been, well the same, just lots of running after Becca while trying to keep Soph happy.
Thankfully Soph seems to be able to sleep through anything, the noisier the better.
Not sure our neighbors seem to agree with that, but eh... we have two kids, and one doesn't seem to understand the whole idea of "inside voice" quite yet. What can we do, we do try, but eh, nothing seems to work.
I just need a break again - may be time to call in my mum - even if it is to watch the girls for a few hours. Anything will help.
Only reason I'm on now is I somehow managed to get both girls to nap - around the same time! O.o Shocker! This rarely happens.

It is terribly frustrating. I'm so tired I'm not functioning well.
I'm sure the neighbors understand. :) Kiddos are loud. They just are. I think maybe you need a once a week appointment with your mom to come take the kiddos.

It sounds frustrating!! :(
Most of them do, we do have this one neighbor who complains, sometimes, but we can't help that our kiddos are loud. Like you said, they just are!
I think that's what needs to happen too. A few hours once a week even if it's just taking an uninterrupted nap (which sounds lovely right now).

It is frustrating. And exhausting.
Eh, whatever, they'll get over it. And eventually, Becca will get a bit better at inside voices.
Sounds like definitely what you need. :)

We have a neighbor who is the neighborhood busy body. His name is Bob and he is often out in his yard tinkering with his trucks or doing yardwork. AND snooping. He has no problem telling anyone what he thinks about them and heaven forbid any of the kids go near his domicile. The upside of this is he also has a tendency to call the cops and we're now seeing less criminal activity around us. Some of the houses were abandoned and in foreclosure, and they were targeted by our local hoodlums. They've been left in peace.
My kids tend to stay inside because of the local bugs and wild animals, lack of sidewalks, and people who don't quite grasp the concept of pedestrians.

Sometimes busy bodies are useful. But they can be pains in the butts too. Haha. We have some neighborhood kids that we don't mind playing on like the sidewalk in front of our house, but they go inside our walled in garden and they play behind our shed and up under the scaffolding. Which is NOT safe. And nobody watches them.

And I totally forgot what I was going to say. I read posts, but then I got distracted, and had something written up and Becca managed to get to my computer and managed to go back a page and I lost everything.
