June nodded, "That would make sense. The Ambrose family was known for having an elite team of warriors back in the day. Though due to the lack in technology our families weren't in contact all the time... When her memories return she'll be able to fill you in..." She paused, "That's why that man killed our families. He learned about the power we process and wants it for himself. I know I have no right to ask but if a time comes when he finds us... please protect them."

Logan gave a bit of a grin, "Well, I'm pretty sure I took some sort of Ambrose knight vow, so I must be honor bound or something" he chuckled, "You can count on it."

June smirked and bowed, "Well sir Knight. If you have finished with your questions I shall be off. "

Logan nodded and took a step back, "Y'know, you probably could have just teleported from the hanger" he pointed out.

She grinned, "Yeah but I love how it made Cap'n Scott all paranoid. Plus, it was nice to walk those halls again..." She said, slipping her hands in her pockets and turning. "See ya later, Metal man." She said waving behind herself at him.

"That's also why I didn't bring it up before" Logan chuckled and then waved, "Next time I see ya, I'll kick yer a**" he replied cheerily before turning and heading back into the mansion.

"Not if I kick yours first!" She called back, teleporting back to the house. "Oh boys, I'm baaack!"

There was humming coming from upstairs-and down stairs-and then the living room. Pietro was cheerily going around the house, cleaning things up. While June had gotten the brotherhood house mostly in shape, it had reached only livable standards-yet now with Pietro buzzing about it was practically... clean. Like, clean clean.

June raised an eyebrow and leaned again the door frame to the living room, "What's up with you, Speedy?" She asked.

"Hm?" Pietro paused for a moment and shrugged, "What? Nothing, I just felt like cleaning up a bit. You're back now though, how was the vacation or whatever thing? It's been pretty quiet around here, not like unnaturally quiet but a little weird," he was talking a mile a minute, "you were right, this place was getting out of hand with the mess though-hey did you know we have a second bathroom?" he swung a door open in the front hall, revealing a beautiful half bathroom that had once been thought as a closet packed with boxes. A split second later the door swung shut again, "It's way bigger than I thought it was, took me nearly an hour-though I did have to stop for a food break-speaking of which we need more groceries-I'm starving let's get Tai food, something with a peanut sauce, that stuff is gooood" he was going to keep going if she didn't stop him.

She couldn't help but smile and put her hand up, "Fine, keep your secrets but I'm glad to see you feeling better and yes... I suppose I should reward you for your fine work... Let me get the phone book." She said heading out to the kitchen.

A split second later and the phone book was in her hands, and then it was open to a page with a Tai restaurant, and then there was a phone in her hand. He had been burning energy all day and was likely the culprit for the empty fridge.

June just shook her head, smiling... Teenage boys. "Alright, alright." She said, ordering a giant meal, which would be ready in 30 mins. "So...no hints to your sudden good mood?"

Pietro shrugged and kicked back in a chair, "just, looking on the bright side for once"

"Fine... Wanna play some smash bros till dinner's ready to pick up?"

"I call Fox" Pietro sped to the other room to set up the game.

Celeste was a bucket of sunshine, no one knew what had brought on the sudden change. Most of the guys at the mansion concluded her trip to visit her old home had given her closure but it wasn't the only thing that had happened.

She'd managed to gather her courage and kiss the guy she had a crush on. Just thinking about it made her all a flutter. Though had they just had a one night make out session or was Pietro into digging the pink curls? She'd let him decide. Either way she felt great. And to think that had been her first kiss too. >//<

Before school she walked right pass the brotherhood instead of finding another way to her locker. She held onto her books, looking up every couple of steps at Pietro before looking back down and blushing. "Morning Freddy." She said as she pass by the group.

"Hey" Freddy greeted in reply while Toad and LAnce rolled their eyes a little. Pietro was playing with a gameboy and he glanced up at Celeste as she went by though quickly looked down again for fear of giving anything away to his friends.

Toad looked to the speedster somewhat expectantly, "... aren't ya gonna do something?" he asked.

"Huh?" Pietro blinked at him.

"Yeah." Lance added as Celeste was just out of ear shot, "usually this is point where you trip her or something"

Pietro paused, looking to Celeste again before shrugging it off, "Yeah well, you guys know how June is. She's decided Celeste is 'special' and nobody can beat on her."

"And yer gonna listen to that, yo?" Toad cocked his head to the side, "she ain't even here"

"... we got bigger fish to fry" Pietro replied, "wanna see if Summers has finished cleaning out the upholstery of his car? I hear the fridge in the cafeteria broke down last night, plenty of spoiled food to throw in there" he grinned.

"Sounds like a plan" Lance smirked as the brotherhood moved along.

A can of coke was waiting for Pietro when math class rolled around, Celeste didn't even look up when he entered the room. She was going to have to learn to reframe from looking at him as much as possible. >< Though in truth she wanted to pick up her books, sit down beside him and slide their desks together and doodle and write back and forth all class...

But that wasn't going to happen. So instead she sat there humming, "I kiss a boy and I liked it" while doodling dancing happy bunnies.

Pietro grinned a little at the coke and tucked it away for later. He also doodled all class and while going for a "bathroom break" he passed by celeste and dropped her a note that read. "Behind the bleachers after school"

Celeste's heart would not slow down the whole rest of class. She eagerly swung her legs back and forth.

After the bell rang, she blew off Ciara and the gang with the excuse she needed to talk to a teacher about an assignment. She packed up her bag and headed to the bleachers.

But as she walked, her mind began to think negatively, what if he was arranging this meeting to let her know last night was a mistake? That he wanted nothing to do with her? That last night was just a little bit of fun. Her self confidence plummeted as she reached the bleachers and she was almost to scared to walk around them..

Pietro was chilling and when he saw her he smiled wide and zipped over, glancing around quick to make sure no one was around before kissing her.

Celeste had approached him, in a very shy nervous stance but when he kissed her, all those worries melted away. "Mmm<3" She said somewhat startled, grabbing a hold of him as her upper body dipped backward.
