Pietro was a pretty quick learner and since Celeste had dozed off he took a few liberties with the design, shifting a few things around and actually getting the perfect balance of fast and slow to keep things from burning. By the time she came around, he had half the display done into a blanket that was partially draped over her. In the center he had put their two favourite pokemon together with the rest of them exploding outwards.
"Um... We're running out of thread" he commented quietly, having used the last of the blue on Squirtle.

She blinked and smiled lazily as she came around, looking down at the blanket, "You're getting good at this." She complimented, giving him a small kiss on the cheek. "D'awww.... You put Jolteon and Ivysaur together..." She said getting a better look at the blanket.

Pietro shrugged, "I think they'd make a good team." he replied, "and of course I'm good at it, not just a pretty face y'know" he smirked.

She smiled at the team comment but grabbed his cheeks, gently, "But I luvvvvv your pretty face." She teased before looking at her watch, "The craft store is still open... we could go get more thread and... maybe some dinner?"

"Sounds good, except... you know I don't have any money, right?" he rubbed the back of his head awkwardly. It was starting to annoy him that he couldn't pay for anything.

"That's ok, you can pay me back in kisses and cuddles." She said a smile on her face, "But you know... there's a craft sale coming up at the community centre... If you made some things I could sell them for you." She said encouragingly.

Pietro looked down at the blanket, "... you really think people would buy these?" he asked uncertainly. Sure they were fun to make but... Would other people want them? That also meant that other people would see them. He'd never really shown off anything he had made except to Brutus and now Celeste.

"Uh huh. I have a booth every year. The bigger works I do go for about... 70-100 dollars... I just like making them really." She said getting up and stretching. "I know you have a rep to keep so I could put yours things at my booth. It's all along the same lines as my style so no one would question it." She said encouragingly. "And then maybe you could take me out to a movie or something. <3"

It would be nice to go to a movie that he didn't have to sneak into for once... pay for a meal with money he earned himself...
"What if nobody likes them?" he asked, which was probably his biggest fear of all this.

She put a hand on his, "Then they're not worth our time." She said leaning her head against his.

"... alright" he agreed finally and let out a sigh as though already preparing himself for the worst, "let's do it"

"Great." Celeste put on her coat and scarf and turned off the small heater. "We can work out what we're making over dinner <3"

"Where do you wanna go?" he asked as he got up as well and tucked the half-blanket into a bag.

"Hmmm... You pick. I picked last time." She said.

"Alright..." he thought a moment and then grinned and picked her up in his arms, "Hold on tight" he told her before they zipped away, down the streets and straight out of town. The surrounding world became a blur to Celeste's eyes but Pietro's blue gaze darted back and forth, catching everything until finally they came to a stop. There was a large body of water not far off and one of the signs labelled it as 'lake Ontario'. They were in a small village and Pietro lead Celeste to a little Diner that was basically a shack with a large patio.
"Best fish and chips you will find on this side of the Atlantic" Pietro declared.

Celeste ended up curling into him and closing her eyes, the colourful world of blurs was something she wasn't quite use too and reminded her an awful lot like an LSD trip. And she found after awhile it was hard to breathe.

When they stopped, Celeste was shivering intensely. "N-Next time I wear a jacket with wind resistance." She said, clinging to him, "Mmmm give me your heat." She said much like a ghoul, "Your sweet sweet heat.<3" She'd have to get a warm dinner. "Oooh Fish and chippys."

"Oh, sorry about that" he apologized. "I guess I don't usually take people that far" he hugged her and rubbed her arms to warm her up. "Yesss. Beer battered fish and chips. The best. " he lead her inside to the warmth and they got a seat.

"Where are we excalty anyways? Isn't Lake Ontario in... Ontario?" She asked, enjoying the warmth that was inside.

"It joins new York state to Ontario" pietro explained, "we haven't crossed any borders"

"Oh, ok." She said, getting comfy in the booth seat.

Pietro ordered the haddock and sweet potato fries with a chocolate shake. Just as promised, the food was amazing.

Celeste had fish, she wasn't picky, curly fries and 3 cups of hot chocolate. "Sooooo goooooood." Celeste praised, munching on her fries.

Pietro chuckled, "Told you."

They talked about what he should make and what supplies he would need, "I'll pay for the supplies and you can pay me back from your earnings." She said calmly.

"So...How did you come across this place anyways?"

"Okay," he agreed. "Oh... um.... I was running away. Got hungry. Did a little dine and dash but then I came back to pay off Melna cuz it was the best food ever, she was pretty sweet about it. Now I come by sometimes. She keeps a tab for me when I dont have any cash and I pay her when I can."
