"I think we just invented a new tv show-the GREATEST tv show of ALL TIME" Horatio declared, "Kitties in SPACE!"

Juno laughed.

"With lazers, pew pew" he added and fell back into his bed, "ah... I suppose it wasn't too terrible" he decided, "my first meet with Ciara McCoy..."

The school bell couldn't have come sooner. Ciara's head was pounding. She'd never had a head ache this bad before. And what a day to be out pain killers on her. She hurried home after school.

Scott was hanging out with Victoria and some of the others, waiting on Kitty and Bobby to give them all a ride home. Along the wall next to the school doors, leaned a new kid who was watching them curiously. He had blond hair and very green eyes, dressed casually in a pair of jeans and black shirt with a green design.

Ciara headed outside, maybe Scott was still around and could drive her home. She gripped tightly to the strap on her side shoulder backpack which looking like she was holding her chest. She was very pale.

She turned the corner outside and bumped straight into the new kid.

"I'm so sorry, I'm not usually so clumsy..." She said looking up at him, gripping the strap tightly.

He caught her and offered a smile, "oh, that's alright" he assured, "Hey, are you okay? You don't look so good"

She absent mindedly rubbed her chest, having rammed the metal piece of her strap into it by falling into the stranger.

"I'm just under the weather that's all."

"Would you like me to walk you home?" he offered, there was something oh so very captivating about those green eyes.

"That's very kind of you but I'm going to get a ride." She explained, pointing over to Scott and the gang but didn't move as seemed to be drawn in by his green eyes.

"Are you certain that is what you want?" he asked, his hand coming up to cup her chin lightly, he was inches away from her face.

"No" Her body shivered under his touch, her mind going to slop. If it wasn't for another sharp pain to the temple she might have stayed inside the trance of his eyes. "ooooooOOOOOO!" She mummbled and upon realizing how close this rather good looking teenager, probably Victoria's age, was to her face, she stiffened up.

She pived on her kneel and bolted it as fast away as possible. 'OHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGOD!' Her mind screamed as she dashed toward Scott and his car.

"Hey Ciar-..." Polly had started to wave, wanting to know if Ciara wanted to go to the skate park with her. "Or not...Sup." She said, dropping her skateboard down and nodding her chin in the new kid's direction.

He raised a brow as he watched her take off, "... huh... I usually don't get that reaction when I do that" he commented, more to himself than anyone, then he noticed Polly and gave a bit of a wave.

Polly pulled out her disc man and put on her headphones, listening to some sweet bollywood songs as she headed out.

"scooOOOOTTTT!" Ciara ran hardcore into him, almost sending him and herself over.

"mph" Scott caught her, "woah, hey there. What's wrong?"

She shook her head, "Something's wrong. My head is pounding. Please take me home." She needed to see Big Blue.

Victoria put a hand on her head, "You're warm. Come on, sweetie." She said sweetly, guiding her into the front seat." Bobby, you'll have to walk today." Victoria said firmly as Bobby headed toward the car.

"Aaawwwww" Bobby whined, "can't I sit on someone's lap or something?"

"That's not safe" Scott told him, "A little walk could do you some good anyway" he hopped into the driver's seat.

"You calling me fat?" Bobby demanded.

"You have been a bit slower in training" Scott quipped before they took off.

'Oh snap...' Ciara thought in her head, closing her eyes and curling into a ball on the seat or as much as she could with a seat belt on.

Victoria kept a close eye on her but couldn't help notice as Ciara let out a moan, a fire hydrant about 10-15 feet behind them burst open. "Scott." Victoria said firmly. She was sure Scott had seen it in the rear view mirror.

"Oh boy." Scott slammed on the gas, racing back to the institute where hopefully whatever was developing in Ciara would be contained to the grounds.

By the time they got to the instuide, Ciara had her head in between her legs.

Blurred images kept flashing infront of her, like a dream only there was so much pain in them.

"Ciara we're home." Victoria said, having opened the door and put a hand on her back.

"I-I need Big Blue! I can't-" She began, her head felt like it was going to slit in half.

Scott blared his thoughts as loud as he could to grab Xavier's attention, who in turn sent Hank running their way as soon as they came inside. Not leaving anything to chance, Scott was carrying her and he handed Ciara over to the fuzzy McCoy.

"What happened?" demanded the adopted father with worry.

"The headaches..." She mumbled, in his arms. Whenever she got a really bad headache, Hank would give her something medicine and it would go away almost instantly, leaving her to rest for the rest of the day. "It's really bad." She whimpered.

"She didn't feel well at school." Victoria said, "Hank, the walls are breaking." She said with a stern expression as the floor shook and the sound of the metal pipes whining echoed through the house.

"This isn't like the others" Hank frowned and looked to Xavier as he approached.

"I agree." the telepath frowned, "take her to the study. I need to make an adjustment"

Hank carried Ciara to the study and settled her down on the couch. Xavier moved forward and placed his hands on either side of her head.

Ciara was tossing and turning, blurred images continued to try and surface. Various voices began to surface.

"Daddy loves you..."

"Ciara you have to go! Leave me!"

"Your Daddy was busy, lay back down and we'll get started."


"No..No! Stop... Daddy... DADDY!" She screamed, the whole house shaking.

Victoria went to the door and ushered students away as they came home from school. It was clear to her why they'd locked her powers away through medicine and mental walls, the trauma she'd gone through had caused her to loose control of it.

Soon the voices began to fade away as Xavier went to work and Beast held her hand tightly. The walls were rebuilt and enforced but it didn't seem to be enough. He had to start letting something through or it would all break, so Xavier allowed a portion of Ciara's powers to surface.
