Scott didn't look impressed, especially as the bell rang, meaninging they did not have time to go wandering around again. "I showed both of you along the tour." he sighed, "alright, Celeste, your class is near mine so follow me. Ciara, head straight down his hall, take the second right hand turn, first left and it will be on the left" he told her, "Got it?"

Celeste clapped her hands above her head, "Thank you Scott-sama. <3"

Ciara looked up from her pile of books, she'd made a rough map on a piece of paper while they'd gone along, "Yup, I got it. You think I'd forget where the science happens?" The science labs was one of the only places she did remember off by heart. She waved good-bye and hurried off.

"You'll be fine." Victoria said encouragingly, giving Celeste a quick hug. "See you too at lunch." She waved and headed off.

Celeste looked at Victoria and then back at Scott, "...Are you two an item?" She asked.

Scott blinked at the question, "What? No-that's not-your class is this way" he cleared his throat and lead her away.

Along the way to the science wing there was a group of boys hanging out in the hall, seeming to really not care that the bell had just rung. One of them was very short and to be honest, looked a little sickly. The second looked pretty average, dark hair and leaning against the lockers playing a hand held video game. Another, to the contrary was massive in every sense of the word. Tall and wide, they were a very strange looking group though something stranger was that in the moment Ciara blinked there was suddenly a fourth one that she must have missed at first look, perhaps he had been behind the large one?
This boy had strange silver/white hair, all slicked back and quite slim. He shared a laugh with first friends before glancing in Ciara's direction.

She stopped dead in her tracks upon his gaze, his eyes compelling her to stop walking and be judged. Or perhaps it was that fact she was admiring how attractive he looked with his white silver hair. A rare thing to behold. One of which was found to be genetically determined, stress, caused by disease or lack of Vitamin B12.

She blinked when someone bumped her, walking past that she realized she was staring. No. Stop thinking science thinking, you'll be late for class. She gripped her books a little harder and advanced down the hallway toward the living group.

Toad seemed to notice that Pietro was looking off down the hall and he followed his gaze, "Oh hey yo, that's one of the institute's chicks. I saw her get here with Summers yo."

"Oh great, another x-geek" Freddy mumbled, "What chya gonna do to her Pietro?" he looked to the silver haired boy eagerly.

Pietro blinked, "Huh? Oh yeah... hey, watch this" he grinned a bit and in a flash he had slammed Ciara's books out of her hands and returned to his regular position, looking nonchalant. The others laughed.

Ciara blinked and looked down, what on earth had just... She got down and quickly tried to pick back up all her books, her pencil case had slid over to the boys and was the last thing she had to pick up.

Pietro walked over to it, "Here, let me help you with tha-whoops" he 'accidentally' kicked it down the hall, "Better hurry, class is- *ring* oooo, started" They all laughed and began to disperse.

"Oh thank you, I was just going to say how nice your hair-...." She said starting to compliment him, trying to explain why she'd been staring at him but she stopped when he kicked her pencil case away. "...My hero." She said actually looking hurt by this act and hurried down the hall to get it.

Great, less than 30 seconds of school beginning and she'd already been deemed worth to pick on. Such a nerd culture cliche. And to make things worst was the fact that the only seat left in the science lab was... beside Mr. Hero himself.

"Ms. McCoy I gather?" spoke the teacher as she entered, "Just so everyone is clear, I understand tardiness on the first few days but beyond that it is completely unacceptable. If you are not in your seats as the bell rings, you will be getting detention-unless of course, you have a note from your parent or guardian."

"Tsk tsk, late on the first day" Pietro whispered to Ciara as she sat down. He had the seat next to the window, it at least gave him something to watch while passing the time, "You know first impressions are everything"

Ciara apologized greatly, yes she had been late but she hadn't been the other one. A student or two had run in before her. She would easily make it up in her work in the class, she had no doubt in her mind about that.

She briefly looked at him before opening her notebook "And you've clearly made yours a bad one, lab partner." She whispered back, not impressed in the slightest. Fine, if he wanted to be a jerk, she'd be a jerk back. Simple as that.

Thought for the sake of her grades, she'd try her best to work well with him but as the boy had no paper or pencil, he wasn't off to a good start. She sighed, not looking at him, she pulled a couple of pieces of paper out of her binder and pushed them in front of him, along with a pencil and a pen. She didn't care if he took notes or not but it was just hard being a jerk...

Pietro just chuckled at the sentiment, "I hope you're one of those brainy types, cuz for the record, I don't do projects. Outside of this dump is my 'me' time, and nobody messes with that." He did take the pencil and paper and start doodling though.

"Huh...That's too bad cause I'm not afraid to let the teacher know who ended up doing all the work." She said focusing on the lesson thought she kept looking back at what he was drawing and almost burst out laughing when she recognized him drawing Scott and hid her laugh as a cough.

"That's nice. Tell me, are you a fan of vanilla or Chocolate pudding?" he asked, continuing his drawing to show Scott getting squashed by Freddy's large butt.

Ciara blinked at the question, "...Spiral actually." She liked both flavors really. "Why settle for just one?" She whispered back. So this fellow knew Scott and by the judge of the drawing, wasn't very fond of him.

Pietro smirked slightly and wrote 'spiral' on the corner of the page, "Noted."

Later that week as Ciara opened her locker, a swirl of chocolate and vanilla pudding launched out at her face. Pietro and his friends, of course, were watching nearby and laughing their butts off.

Ciara just stood there for a moment, the chocolate and vanilla dripping down onto her new outfit. She'd eve managed to braid her hair all by herself that day. But seconds later the urge to burst into tears took over and she ran off toward the girls bathroom.

"Ciara-chan!" Celeste exclaimed as her friend ran off. Their lockers were side by side. She turned to run after her but ended up slipping and landing on her bum... And act which only fueled the boys laughter.

Rage filled her insides and before she or anyone else knew what was happening, a vanilla and chocolate slap across the face of one stunned silver haired boy.
"You should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! Especially you. Taking your insecurities out on someone else is a coward's road." She turned to Freddy, "And you, sir, can forget about the rice balls."

Pietro blinked, then wiped off some of the pudding with his finger and licked it with that ever present grin, "Mmm, hilariously delicious." He leaned in towards Celeste, "How do you feel about lime jello?"

Freddy seemed less thrilled, "aaww... but rice..."

Celeste didn't withdraw when he leaned in, showing a different side to her all completely, "Wouldn't you like to know." She said wiping the rest off her hand onto his shirt. "Such a waste, especially when you could have eaten the pudding." She said looking at the rest of the gang, pointing out how foolish and a waste that little prank had been.

She turned on her heel and hurried off to find Ciara.

Pietro glared after her as Celeste disappeared around the corner, "Toad... how slimey are you feeling?"

"You want me to slime her, yo?" Toad tilted his head, not sure where this was going.

The silver haired demon smirked again, "and so much more."

The next two weeks went by without a hitch for any of the x-men, and to be honest, it was starting to put Scott a little on edge. The brother had never actually backed off before, there was always something going on-someone being targeted and yet the last while had almost been... pleasant.

The weather was still nice and warm, despite the fall being just around the corner and today was a scorcher if ever there was one. Thank goodness for the school's air conditioning unit, it was even ice cream day in the cafeteria! Bring 2 bucks and get a bowl of ice cream, some sort of fundraiser for something.

Well, as luck would have it the air conditioner broke down and when ice cream time came around there was some sort of mix-up, they only had pistachio and green tea ice cream.

Celeste was back on good terms with Freddy. He'd apologized which was all it really took. And by the time lunch round around, Celeste was indeed in need of some ice-cream. The green house were her class about plants was was INTENSELY HOT.

Before getting in line for some well needed ice-cream she headed over to the table Freddy and his friends were sitting at and placed a huge wrapped bento box on the table. "Hi Freddy. Here's that bento box you asked for." She said unwrapping a large container and passing it to him before setting normal sized ones in front of the other guys who were blinking at what was going on.

Freddy smiled happily, before remembering what they were planning in which case he fell very quiet.
"What're you doin', yo?" Toad questioned, eyeing the food with distrust while Pietro did the same to Celeste.

"Hm? Oh, Freddy asked if I would make one of my bento boxes for him and since I tend to make too much food and you all live together. I didn't think it would be fair if one of you had a lovely meal and the others didn't. Plus I know our two households don't really get along and you've all been so good the last couple of weeks, that I thought it would make a nice... cease fire gift....It's not poison if that's what you're thinking."

She pulled out a chop stick and pointed everything out. "You have your veggies, and these are rice balls and oh, those are hot dog octopuses." She said showing what everything was, for the most part each of them had the same layout but each had something different. Toad had hot dog octopuses. Pietro's had tempura vegetables, Lance's had some spring rolls and Freddy's had tons of everything. xD

"Woah..." toad stared at the food as thought it was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. Freddy was already eating, Lance looked a bit stunned and Pietro... Pietro looked pissed.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Demanded the silver haired boy as he stood up from the table, "You think we need your charity? You think we can be trained 'oh they've been so good, let's give the little dogs a treat'" he imitated her voice, high pitched and badly. He threw the bento box on the ground and walked around the table getting right in her face, "You think you're better than us? You and all your little x-geek friends, I know that's what you think because you're all pretentious d***-bags. We don't need your hand-outs and we don't need anybody's charity. So why don't you mind your own damned business and go crying back to that crippled freak you call a professor because we're not interested." he turned to leave, "Common guys."

Pietro gave them each a look and one by one they got up and followed him, though they didn't seem all that eager to leave the food behind. Freddy tucked the little piggy rice ball in his pocket while shoving another in his mouth before following.

Celeste was down right surprised by Pietro's reaction and stumbled back into the next table over, "I don't think I'm better than anyone... I just know what's it's like to be hungry...I was just being nice." She looked down, trembling, her voice getting smaller and smaller. "I... I was just being nice. I'm sorry..."

Celeste didn't quite understand the hatred the two groups had toward each other as she didn't go on missions. If Ciara didn't go, neither did she.

As they left she knelt down and started picking up the wreckage of her amazing meal. She'd even taken into consideration how fast Pietro must burn calories which is why she made him all the carb heavy foods.

Scott was just coming out for lunch when he saw Celeste kneeling on the ground. Concerned he jogged over to her, "Hey, what happened here?"
