She sighed and took the blade back which morphed back into Brutus as she removed it from his hand. "It was worth a shot at least...I'm surprised you could even hold it but I suppose that has to do with the bond you and Vesta had.... So, what's plan B?" She inquired.

"Plan B... involves practice" Loki replied, "Your fighting style is actually fairly similar to mine, with a little work I think it can come across as convincing enough. Then I can simple cast an illusion over you so that everyone thinks that you are me. From the sidelines I can continue to cast my usual tricks as well to help in the battle-but you will have to train your eye to see them more clearly as well."

Juno crossed her arms, "Oh I see them... just differently than everyone else... You know the orbs of light I leave behind when I teleport? Your illusions appear simpliar to that to my eye but I get where you are going with this... I suppose if you die, we are shortly to follow..." She sighed.

"Alright... let's get to training."

"I would say that much is guaranteed" Loki replied, the sister would not last long under Byliestr's rule. With that he nodded and they began to train.

*Insert training monologue*

*June running up a giant set of stairs and celebrating*

It was barely a week before Byliestr stepped forward one day but before he could even spout the words from his mouth, Loki stood from the throne, "Let's try not to destroy the room too badly. I've just had it repaired"

Byliestr growled, his fingers curling into a fist, ice forming around it and into a long pointed blade.

The small king stood tall as he formed his own blade of ice. The two of them walked around one another waiting for the other to strike first....

His dagger ran deep into his brother's eye and with a twist pulled it from it's socket. "It's over.."

Byliestr screamed and dropped to his knees, blood pouring down his face. The spriglings stayed back however, they had been informed to not interfere, even if it meant leaving the frost giant to bleed to death. Two other Frost Giants stepped forward however and began dragging Byliestr away while the other tribal leaders cheered for Loki.

Loki was congradulated by many tribal leaders and when it was all said and done he withdrew to his chambers but it was actually Juno's chambers he walked into.

The illision faded and Juno leaned against the bed post of her four poster bed. Her back had several cuts but if the springlings had healed her there, Loki's spells would have disappeared.

She stumbled into her bathroom and pulled the golden garb off her her chest. She hissed and turned to the mirror, great... more marks for her back... Lovely.

"Well done" spoke the true King of Jotenheim as he appeared in the doorway. He cocked his head to the side as he looked her over, "Hm. That looks pretty good on you" he smirked.

Juno shivered and then flinched, "Take a photo... it'll last longer." She hissed. That battle had taken a lot out of her, having to actually work with another instead of just simply doing her own style had been rather taxing, causing her to actually get sliced several times.

She was cold, she was in pain and she was mostly naked. She dropped a towel into some water and gently brushed the water over a shoulder wound.

Loki stepped forward and took the towel from her, cleaning the wounds along her back and even making the towel warmer than before to help with the cold. For a half frost giant he was surprisingly inept at cold magic and yet decent with heat. "You did well" he told her as more warm water ran down her body, "normally this is where one asks for a reward."

Juno almost didn't let go of the towel but with the warmth, how could she say no? She closed her eyes, enjoying the warmth and how soothing it was on her rough beaten skin

Upon his statement, she opened her eyes and glared at him, "...And what would such an reward entitle?"

He gave a shrug, "Each of you asks for something different" he replied, "Although Pallas and Vesta have surprisingly similar needs" he smirked a little.

Juno's face did not change. "Get out." She said pulling away from the warmth of his hands. She picked up a needle and thread. She was used to sewing up her own back scars. She hissed, holding it on the floor. Damn this hurt.

That was not the reaction he had been hoping for apparently, "You are going to make more of a mess of yourself than you already have" he told her. He didn't care how good she was at stitching herself up, your back was not an easy place to reach. He went to grab the needle from her.

Juno wrestled with him for few seconds before letting him have it. "FINE!" She yelled sitting down on a stool and pulling her dread locks in a bun. She was too weary to fight and her wounds were starting to reopen and drip down her back.

To his credit, Loki stopped the mild flirting and set to the task seriously. His hands were surprisingly gentle and well adept at it. The stitches certainly didn't hurt as much as normal and between freezing the area with one hand and heating the needle with the other, it went rather smoothly.
"There" he finished, wiping away the last of the dried blood and setting the materials aside. He also placed a vial of something next to her, "This will help you sleep, and make the pain less by morning. Tell me if you need anything" he told her in all seriousness before heading for the exit.

Juno picked up the bottle but before she could drink it, she dropped it, sliding to the tile floor completed drained. "Zzz..."

Loki caught the vial before it could hit the floor, just in time. It was like medicine was rare or anything -_-
With a sigh he scooped her up in his arms and brought her to bed, gently tucking Juno into place while heating up her bed somewhat to get her temperature back up. He left the medicine next to her bed in case she woke up and needed it, along with a glass of water before heading out.

Juno did not wake for two days.

Loki did check in on her now and again, since he couldn't have the spriglings really taking care of her he had to do it himself. Making sure her wounds were healing properly and whatnot.

Juno actually woke up as he was redressing her wounds. A hand quickly grabbed at his hand and started to turn it to snap it but she stopped, realizing who it was.

"What...what are you doing?" She asked sheepishly, loosing her grip but not letting go of his hand.
