Ours is usually Spring rain, but we missed that. We're getting some summer rain lately.

OH MY GOSH GUYS! Look at this adorable deaf and blind puppy getting a bath! She's so sweet. She has a little halo so she can run around without smacking into walls and she just loves everyone.

I love her so much! If I had what it took to take care of a special needs pup, I would take her and love her forever.

Haha, yeah, except we're not getting any this weekend when I could really use the cool.

Isn't she?!? Her whole litter was born deaf and blind. The other two got adopted out to good homes, but her home was not prepared for the challenges she would present. So now she's with a rescue.

It's awesome. Because even though she can't see or hear, she's every bit as happy and excited as every other puppy in the world. So this keeps her from running full speed into the wall.

I love that she can be a happy excited puppy and not run into walls, that is always a good thing. I have a few friends who could benefit from that - even though they're sighted.

Haha, hell. *I* could benefit from it. I can't tell you how many times I run into the wall or the doorway. I've run over my own foot with the back door three different time TODAY!
