Tell me my dear Menewshians; Who do you love most?
I quite despise werewolves myself. But then again, the vampire beasts are not much better. Though as you can imagine, I am biased.
And tell me why you prefer one over the other. Perhaps you hopped on board that Twilight train some time ago? Perhaps you prefer the classics, An American Werewolf in London. Or maybe you like neither?
Oh, and one last thing... Might you become my helpless victims willing donors?

Underworld vampires ftw.
The only movie vampires that deserve the light of day....wait...that isn't right. That'd mean they would die. They're the only movie vampires that deserve the light of the moon! There, that's better.

I'm pretty neutral on this topic, but I feel like I would side with the vampires if they sparkled.

My Queen. *bows respectfully* We do not in fact sparkle. While the Twilight series was just fine, the sudden sparkling scene was quite a horrific disgrace to the vampire kind. The author appears to have been grasping at a reason for why we cannot go out into the sun. We cannot go out into the sun, because our eyes are too sensitive to the sunlight. Thus, we avoid it. Unless of course we wear sunglasses, hoods, etc. We tend to end up with very pale skin after years of avoiding sunlight as well, which only makes us avoid it even more. We can still get sun burned you know.
Shadorilia, my Lady. You would like us better, if you gave us the chance to drink your blood befriend you.

I like plenty of stuff with werewolves in them, like Teen Wolf, but ultimately I prefer vampires. They just, kind of, appeal to me more. Werewolves seem so... animalistic , while vampires actually can put their own touch in all the murders. I dig that. Plus, werewolves are only there one night, maybe two or three nights (depending on the canon), while vampires are there all the time. I guess it's just the Buffy the Vampire Slayer fangirl in me that's making me really love them vamps. When it comes for it, the Buffy vampires are my favourite vampires, as they not only are they awesome villains, but can also become good peeps, which gives them so much character potential. As for my favourite werewolves, I actually reckon that the ones from Harry Potter are my favourite. I remember watching Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban at the movies and, when Lupin (in werewolf form) first came onto the screen, I was absolutely horrified. To be fair, I was six years old.

Vampires totally, I don't dislike werewolves but they aren't as interesting
I like The World of Darkness style vampires (like Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines), where they are clearly monsters and undead. Plus no sparkling

I'm a fan of both but I must say that werewolves have failed to please me design and concept wise more times than vampires.
I've yet to find a decent werewolf novel/novel series. I've tried three of them in the recent past which were displeasing from the beginning and thus I was unable to continue them.
The only things I dislike about vampire portrayals is when silver harms them though I can get passed that and the Twilight design. Since getting over it, that entire design is just ridiculous.

I prefer vampires myself. You could be in vampire form for an unlimited time in Skyrim whereas you have a time limit in werewolf form. Also, since I eat too much as a werewolf, and eating a corpse prolongs the transformation by another thirty real-time seconds, I have to be stuck as a wolf for up to over ten real-time minutes because I want to collect my loot from the dead bodies and don't want to go away too far, and I hate the 'wait' button. It's annoying. Vampires are cooler in their designs anyway.
*bricked*
...Seriously though, I prefer vampires. Going by the traditional type, they can fly! :DDDD
