I've just bought myself a Cath Kidston purse. A little impulsive, maybe. But while I adore my Totoro purse, the coin bit in it is small and annoying, so I've bought myself a proper grown ups purse!

Oh, that's lovely! Cutesy, but still quite sophisticated. Although anything is better than those ugly quilted purses that are popular lately. @[email protected]

Ooo I want some of those!

I'm normally really good with my money. I don't really impulse buy unless it's a good deal.

Yeah, to be honest you're not likely to find me buying something expensive on impulse. Mainly because the funds are just not there! "Treat" food is only an occasional buy for me, the purse I've just bought was something I did need as the coin section on mine is tiny, and this new one should last a good number of years, so no guilt there. :D

Never feel guilty for buying a purse if you can find anything wrong with your other one(s).

I have four, and they're all dreadful.

One's too small, one's huge and makes me feel like I'm carrying a shopping bag everywhere, the furry one smells bad for some unknown reason, and the old one is worn out, and things fall through the holes. Even so, it's really my best one.

I've taken to carrying my purse in my backpack. Eventually I may just carry the backpack, I just don't like having to leave all my stuff behind the counter if I'm in a store...

I may (or may not) have recently bought myself a $30 Harry Potter bracelet that I found in an ad sidebar on Facebook....

Yes. It broke on the airplane though, when I was flying home. D: Like, not permanently, but I can't wear it right now...

If you wear it then it wasn't that much of an impulse buy, by my reasoning.

Okay then, so the $16 bottle of nail polish from London is definitely an impulse buy.

The two things I impulse buy most are junk food and entertainment items. I rarely impulse buy clothes because I'll sit there and think "WILL I WEAR THIS ENOUGH TIMES TO CONSTITUTE $___?!" and seriously contemplate it, hard. But electronics, DVDs, music, concert tickets, etc. I just jump at the chance to spend money in those areas. >__< And, like I said, junk food. Especially if I know I don't need it...

Yeah, things that I stress eat. Because then if I get stressed about spending the money, then I eat the junk and then I feel bad about it, and then I want more. Its a vicious cycle.

OMG YES. That is exactly what happens. Or I'll buy a bulk amount of snacks and be like, "yeah, for me to put in my lunches!" and they're gone in two days... D:

Sounds like a conversation that might actually occur at my place! When in doubt, blame one of the cats.

Sadly, its a spider.

O.o Sorry. Watching people play Minecraft. There was a spider.

SADLY, this is a conversation that's happened in my house, only with beef jerky, not cheetos.

Nooo no spiders! :x

I'm LOLing thinking about seeing my cats try to eat beef jerky! That would be a funny sight... one of them loves cool whip. He will lick it off a spoon. Crazy guy.

Everyone likes cool whip.

If I told my cat she couldn't have beef jerky because she couldn't eat it, she'd be like "You have challenged me. I accept."

I bought a Lucky Beer a few weeks ago only because the bottle is Buddha-shaped.
It was actually a pretty nice pale ale. I keep the bottle on my dresser and store my bangles on it :D
What they look like:

`Kitami: that nail polish...Butter London?

That beer bottle is cool! See something you're going to keep and use the packaging of, I don't class that as an impulse buy, you're upcycling!

Nope. Nails Inc. I've never tried Butter London. Too expensive. (That's what I typed before I remembered I just bought a $16 bottle of polish, oops. )

I spent my last twenty on a skirt I could have made myself, but I wore it out last night, and I had no lack of company... of course, it's short enough to practically expose everything if I shift in my seat, so it's no wonder, really... No worries, I don't think anyone was actually trying to look up it...

Total impulse buy, but at least it has its uses... <_<;

Someone is always trying to look up skirts apparently there's a whole online "organization" that does it for a hobby
