Was not part of the raid squad. Was a bystander. Too young and too dumb then to know what the hell was going on.

XD I had friends in the raid squads. So I got to hear tons of crazy stories. My friend, we'll call him Phil, never took place in any of the derogatory name calling, but he did create several accounts to create blockades. And yell things like "FOR BOB!"

For Bishie and those who aren't aware of the story.
Habbo Hotel had a shitty Staff team that would ban for any reason they wanted. They got a reputation of "white washing" the game by banning any characters of color. So the Chan Anon boards hit a huge raid on Habbo all making black-afro characters to create huge lag and block off certain parts of the maps until the mods gave up and stopped banning folks based on their character's race.

At least Habbo Hotel then wasn't a site ran by Premium then. It was at least somewhat fun and Premium had some niche value.

But then again Habbo is the definition of a modern F2P game where you have to pay to get even the fun out of it. Bleh. Haven't gone back in so long. Might check it out now actually despite having nothing to my name.

I think the reason I didn't participate in the raids was because my Win '95 couldn't handle the site. I had to backdoor into my base programs on that computer. My photoshop knockoff wouldn't open any other way.

Photoshop knockoff. Haha. Man, do I hate knockoff brands like Gimp now since knowing the ins and outs of Photoshop.

Photoshop is just too damn useful. Seriously. I do some great work when I use Illustrator in conjunction with Photoshop. Which reminds me that I need to work on a new sig for myself and update my current one to something cooler. I have an idea in mind for what I want to do. Might take me an hour but what I have planned is better than my current sig by a wide margin.
