Does anyone have an opinion on the use of sims 3 for the Mac? I don't know if I should put the sims 3 on my brand new mac because I've heard mixed stories about it. Does anyone have any good advice?

I thought sims wasn't compatible with laptops. I remember I put it on my old laptop and it ruined it. :P
Not sure about just macs though.

sims is compatible with laptops you just have to have enough space and good RAM to run it

Sims 2 wasn't. It even had it stated on the back of the package that it wasn't.

Sims 3 lagged quite a bit on my Mac laptop but then I just got myself a desktop and it was fine, sometimes crashes though but it's still good. I will be switching back to PC in a few months though as most games are only compatible with the PC, the Mac is being left out on so many things and I want to play more games that most of which do not work for a Mac.
