yesterday acted up my allergies so I felt so sick.

I am glad I can eat too.
And drink my coffee. I can't live without my coffee.

yep, the pounding is the pressure. drink some water and meditate/relax. and hopefully that will help. reading labels is such a pain, and freally hard for me. but sodium is a killer. so if you can get it in it's natural package and not processed it's better for you. i'm eating a lot of chicken breast, tuna fish and fruits and veggies. it just helps with me feeling able to eat and not sick to my stomach. and i've started eating oatmeal every single day. *goes to make some right now* when i start feeling like i don't want to eat i make myself eat a mouthful or two and then a little later i do feel hungry. food has always been my enemy, ever since i can remember. my father used to make me sit at the table until i finished my plate. sometimes i would have it for breakfast! cold! have you ever eaten brussel sprouts cold.....BLEH!
