i had a slice of grandma's pizza
from slice of New York pizzaria

I've never had actual New York pizza.
I've always wanted to try some.

Dude, pizza can do what it wants as long as it's sausage, not covered in seasoning, and GOOD.

if you ever have a chance to try some, Raven, you so should!
the crust is think, but not cracker like, it's a true pizza dough taste
it doesn't hurt my stomach like garlic buttered doughie pizza dough does
plus it's what i grew up on so it will always be my favorite type of pizza.
grandma's, aka nonni's pizza is my all time favorite.
it's just sauce, basil and mozzarella
simple but delicious and HUGE slices!

WHEN PERFECTLY GOOD PIZZA IS COVERED IN CHEESE.

it took me three meals to eat my one slice
plus a garlic knot was enjoy4ed as well =3

They have a place here called Brooklyn Brothers pizza that's supposed to be New York style but the crust is like cardboard and the cheese is tasteless.

That is a big pizza. I think I've been lied to my entire life as to what constitutes a large pizza.

We have a place here called Sugar Park, and they make a pizza that's too big to put on the table when you're eating there. They have to put it on a tray stand to serve it. The crust is good, too, not too crackery, and not too doughy.

And Mardi Gras Zone, which is mostly a grocery store, does pizza, and it's amazing, too. They have a huge brick oven right inside the store.

i can't describe what the pizza dough tastes like
