I'm jealous of people who don't burn! I wish I could tan!

I found out I barely fit adult clothes. Unbelievable.

Even if I didn't have brown skin, I wouldn't care for tanning. Tans look weird. I think pale skin is prettier. It reminds me of a doll.

I get bad sunburns. I'd wear a girl's swimsuit if it had shorts. I just don't like to think of people looking at me there. Most swimsuits are like they're trying to make people look there, and that's not why I would wear one. They're for swimming.

I even get embarrassed changing clothes on my avi. I'm always afraid someone will see it before I can put something on.

My last one was black and white with a pink rose on the top bikini. And the bottoms were just black shorts. It was really cute.

Because I am so tiny i probably fit into it better now.

I rather like that i don't burn.
I think it is also because we order our sunscreen from a natural company.
I love the smell of sunscreen. to me that is the smell of summer. Cause of swimming.

Momma says I used to tan at recess, but I've never noticed a change in my skin color. Maybe, actually. Let alone a getting sunburn.

I never totally undress my avvie for that same reason! I've had people remark on my state of dress in the past, and it's a minor annoyance.

Swim tops and short shorts look the best to me for girls' swimwear. I'd probably be uncomfortable having so much of my chest showing if I actually wore that.

Berks: I usually wear a pair of shorts over the bottoms as they're usually too revealing for me. One down side with the top that's happened a few times is my youngest when she was still nursing, would think 'hey easy access' and try to pull my top off.

Oh, we use sunscreen as well. I burn through it most times. :(

It is. I only wore it twice because
damn realtives didn't want me to swim because apparently when they say
'let's go to washington" it actually means "unvoluntarily volunteer to help set up a wedding with 0 fun time."

Oh same here! Well my only sibling is my sister but reminds me when we'd go to one of our relatives houses who has a pool and my mom, dad and sister we'd all go and be in the pool. i remember as a kid a had jelly shoes and a pooh bear swimsuit. best swimsuit ever.

I remember my sister and I doing that.
Whenever the sprinklers went off and it was hot we'd get our swimsuits on and just run through them. x3

All these "about me" posts put serious vibes on me. *shakes arms like they're wet*

My siblings and I rarely changed into our swimwear. Pissed mum off as we were usually dripping wet by the time we were done and we'd have to change out of our clothes. :P We'd drip all over the floor. xDD Heh.

I used to get tan really fast as a kid, but I also burned really fast too!
One time I got sunburnt all over my arms and it hurt really badly. :(
I looked really weird because my skin is naturally a caramel-ish color. Or maybe even a mocha color so when I get sunburnt it doesn't look as obvious, but it still hurts like hell!! :T

My white friend used to tell me that because I'm black I don't tan, so I thought she was right so I never put on sunscreen when I went over my friends houses and I burned every time. :(

Once I put my feet in a swimming pool outside of school. What a life I've lived! The places I've gone, the things I've done!

Nuh-uh. I think swimming and I think wet hair. All of us in my family hold that reasoning.
