A man who had been sitting calmly in a living room with his wife jumpped up but blinked seeing Eric and Martha,he clearly was confused and talked to his wife


His wife who was trying to calm the babbies down,looked up."oh he said youed come",she said softly.

"Give me the babies and this doesn't have to get worse." Martha blinked as Erik lifted the man and slammed him into the wall.

"Like hell it doesn't have to get worse." Erik growled.

The women jumped up."of curse you can have them...the officer said you would come to pick them up",she sai worried for her husband,the two clearly confused as to what was going on."he said to give you this",she held a envelope out to Eric

The husband yelped a bit looking at Eric."yes,officer said you would come to pick up babies..."

At that moment ,Martha's phone buzzed,from a text from Jason,

Good new's .....it's not the joker ,its a crazzy copy cat who thinks he going to be the new joker

Jason groaned as he sent the text and held his shoulder in pain from the gun shot,he was ducked down behind the main desk for the maternity ward.Around him were injured,or dead officers and nurses

"You ever come near them again I'll kill you." Erik dropped the man then raced back to the hospital leaving Martha to handle the babies.

"Oh sure leave me with the fuss balls." Martha grumbled cradling both. "Do you have a baby carriage?" She sighed.

The women nodded and went down to teh basement.She came back up with a double babby carage."I ad this for my trwo children",she said looking a ltle sad but set it up for Martha."we did not know we were doing anything wrong",she said looking sad. "the officer cane saying he was ortecting them from a mad man,he left quickly just saying to give the father this letter when he showed up for his children....."

The babbies had calmled down when Martha held them they blinked up at her coing a bit

When Eric got there, the hospital was surrounded by a swat team ,peopel wre running around,yeling at each other,it was in such comotion that no one was really watching who was coming.

Erik slipped in mouth set in a line. He easily found Jason "where is he?" He asked anger rolling off of him turning the air hot.

Martha placed the babies in the carrier. "Next time someone gives you random babies maybe call the cops?" She snorted at his stupid people could be. She pushed the babies heading for the hospital

The women blinked."but it was a police oficer",she saighed and sat down to have some tae.

Jason had just winished wrapping up the run shot wound to his shoulder and blinked wehn Eric cam up."in the room at the end of the hall,Aprils with him",he then blinked and quckly pulled Eric to the floor as bullets nearly missed his head."theres a drne guarding the door...."

Erik stood and walked towards the room feeling a rag fill him. He pulled a can of oxygen towards him and hit the first guard with all his might not noticing the gun wounds on his arm. He turned to the room picking up the gun smirking he entered for a frightening moment he looked like his father.

Jason blinked starring as Eric was shot in the arm a few times,but didnt even flinch,and then he even took out the drone guading the door.He felt a small chill come over him. Way to much like his father he was.Taking a deep breath he jumped up and quickly ran to join him, though came to a stop as Aprils limp,bloody body was throan to thier feet,though he was relaved to see ehr still breathing.Then looking up was the man,who looked a lot like the joker only way yonger

Erik saw the body and his breath caught murder slowly filled his eyes. He's body shook in rage and a growl that sounded way to animal came out of his mouth. "You son of a bitch." He looked at Jason "take her and go."

Jason new better to argue with Eric when he was angry. He was like a psychopathic version of the Hulk."alrihj,just be careful",he said went to go get her but yled as the man sht him in th other sholder.

The man sat there and laughed."no no no,this is not how we play the game"

Everything went red one minute he was standing there the next he was feeling something soft under him as well as breaking something. A hand on his shoulder is what finally stopped Erik from beating the man to death.

Jason had blinked at Eric sudden blind rage.He couldnt believe what he was seeing.Eric was beatng this man that had attacked his family,and only when he heard the crunching of themans skull,Jason went over and grabbed his sholder."Eric its over!",he finally yeled,he was a little scared of his friend now....well,at that momnet anyway

Erik stopped blinking and breathing hard. "What?" he stared at his hands and grimaced. "Oh..." he trailed off then looked to April. "April." he touched her shoulder gentle. "Oh love I'm so sorry." he brushed her hair from her face blinking as doctors and police men came in. He pushed the doctors off "No take care of April." he stood holding his wounded arm.

Jason stayed close to Eric and watched as some Doctors took April away frowning with worry then looked as more Doctors started to flood in,some out in the hall traeting anyone who was still alive ,then to more came in to start to treat ERIC AND HIMSELF."SHE'LL BE OKAY",HE SAID LOOKING TO eRIC,NOT KNOWING WHAT ELSE TO SAY

"She better be or else." Erik glared at the man the doctors where looking over. "He better stay down." he blinked as Martha appeared dressed as herself instead of Huntress pushing the babies in front of her. His face light up and he rushed over picking them both up he cradled them close.

Jason smiled in relief seeing Martah he went oved and kissied her deeply ,hugging her tightly though flinched a little mving his arm the wrong way.


The babbie cooed, made other cute babby noices ,while the sn had a gentle vice grio on Eric nose

"I'm glad your both alright." Erik smiled at Harleen and James.

Martha blushed as Jason kissed her. "I'm alright." she frowned. "You however are hurt." she pouted.

"yeah,aparently drones have good aim",Jason said chuckeling softly then looked to Eric with his babbies."im glad you guys found them",he said soft;y

"Some am I." Martha noticed the person. "Good lord...did Erik do that?" she grimaced. "He's scary when he's protecting April."

Jason gave a nod."yeah.....",he said shivering."it was not something pretty to wee",he burred his head in her sholder

"There there I got you." Martha held him close watching Erik hiss at the nurses who dared come near the twins. "That's a problem."

"yes,but i can blame him...."Jason said softly."what should we do"

"Erik they have to look them over. I'm sure they won't mind you staying with them." Martha squeezed Erik's shoulder.

"Alright but come get me when April is awake." Erik let the nurse take the twins then followed.

Jason sighed sftly watching them go."yeah i would just love to se them tell him he cant follow"
