Apirl looked to Eric and hugged him tghtly."they wanted Martha",he said sudenly.

"What!?" Erik asked alarmed. "Why didn't you say so sooner?" He hugged her back scowling a little.

April shook her head clinging to him.."when i was on the boat,they wanted me to tell them where to find Martha....they started to get mead when i refused to tell them",she said softly and started to shake a little."thats when they brought out the bat and pipe...and they just kept getting mad when i wouldnt say anything,i blacked out,butt when you guys came to the boat,i had come back aroud..i tried to tell Jason but i could,and i lost conscious again",she said crying into his chest.Refuseing to move away.

Martha was sitting outside chewing on a candy cigarette watching the cars go by deep in thought. She couldn't figure out what a Lazirs pit was doing in Gotham especially when Ra's hadn't been in town since forever.

Jason came outside and smiled some siting beside her,handing her an orange juice."here",he said camly.

April blinked then smiled softly."its okay",she said softly."Im sorry if made you worry Eric"

"You better be." Erik pouted a little. "I love you to much to lose you."

Martha ignored the juice just pulled another candy from the box. "Yes?" She asked annoyed he had interrupted her thought process.

Jason blinked and sighed standing up eavin the juice."nothing",he said walking off.

April felt her face heating up as a blush came to her cheek."I love you too",she said softly.She really didnt care if anyone was mad at her because of who she loved.Around Eric, she felt free ,that she didnt have to always be in hero mode.She smiled softly and gently stroked his cheek

Martha threw the juice away not trusting it. She wondered back to April's room pausing when she found them kissing. "Lovely."

April sighed some and looked to Eric."if you want you can go grab a bite to eat,so Martha and I can have girl time"

"Yeah." Erik left quickly under the scathing look Martha was giving him. "Man she's scary." He grimaced.

Martha sat down in the chair Erik had just left. "What aren't you telling me?" She got right down to it instead of playing dance around the bush.

April blinked."what do you mena?",she asked softly.

''Well you were crying to Erik. Which means something more happened or you would have gone ahead and cried in front of me as well." Martha was studying her face. "Plus you just asked what I meant classic give away."

April sighed softly."they were after you Martha",she said softly."i wouldnt tell them anything about you,and they didnt like that to much"

"Well very nice of you but you should have told them especially once you saw that pit. April I'm going to have to watch you very closely. You even seem to be unbalanced then I will take you in." Martha's gaze hardened for a moment then softened. "I'm sorry April."

April blinked."what pit?',she asked then looked worried."what do you mean unbalanced?",she asked even more confused."its not like they killed me or anything"

Martha grimaced. "That's right. Well they did kill you several times. Erik was to worried about you to say anything. They tossed you into a Lazarus Pit of sorts and you where four times." She gazed at her. "Taliah only did once and she's not the safest person in the world."

April stared at her in shock.Not really being able to answer her.She stared at her hands."th-they killed me....four times....",she muttered

"correct. It was awful to watch." Martha grimaced.

April looked more confused. "you watched",she said softly then cringed holding her head in pain,and a few alarms started to go off on her machine

"Easy." Martha took her arm frowning a little. "Lets give it a rest for know."

"Mad at you? Never." Martha gave her a half smile. "You should sleep and try to relax." she stood and gave her arm a pat. "I'll check on you in the morning." she swept away.

"Is she gone?" Erik asked returning with juice for both of them.

April smield at her then looked Eric as he came in."yeah".she said softly and then looked to him."sh-she ltold me...that those men,killed me 4 times....",she said looking scared.
