Jason sighed as hee stopped around the coner and leaned against the wall holding his head.Why did she seem so fimiliar.

April blushed softly."I love you too"

"Good." Erik chuckled and kissed her briefly.

Martha walked Ace deep in thought. "Brain trouble?" A girl asked from the shadows grinning at Jason.

Jason blinked and looked around."whos there?"

"Names Bell." Rose stepped from the shadow. "It's weird you die for her and all she says is thanks." Rose smirked.

Jason stepped back."what are you talking about?",he said softly.

"You died helping the bat clan defeat Slade of course they revenged you but she doesn't really care though her father couldn't figure out how to help your father he at least knows what its like to lose someone." Bell stepped closer. "Martha will never care for you just like her father who only married Selina because she was pregnant. They are the bat clan Martha is Huntress. Remember. "

Jason started and then seeing flashes in his head dropped to his knees holding his head.

Bell grinned. "You can do it. Its not to hard." She placed a hand on his head.

Jason arms dropped t the side."I ...remeber...",he said softly

"Good." Bell smiled. "What will you do?" She asked frowning a little.

Jason stood slowly."nothing that will concern you or Dark",he said softly his eyes had become cold and wicked."Thank you",he said and walked off, in some sort of daze ,getting back to his appartment he leaned back against the door before stumbeling over t his phone and grinnneddialing a number.

Martha watched the new Arkham as the workers finished up for the day. "Seems weird doesn't it boy?" Ace whined he hated the narrows. "Alright we're going."

"well well well.....never thought I'd see the day where the great Huntress woud allow someone other then her daddy buy some land ..let alone a new Arkham"

Martha jumped and whipped around. "He seems like a good guy but you can never tell." She pulled her whip out

"Oh good idea hurt the person who died helping you",Jason sid coming out of the shadows

"Oh it's you." Martha sighed in relief. "I'm sorry you died for me truly I am and I can never repay that. All I can do is stay away from you so your safe."

Jason eyes werent there normal ind self , they looked cold."no you cant. You can just keep walking over me, and not caring about anyone or anything right?"

"I do care I just don't let it get in the way." Martha frowned. "I don't step on people. I'm just blunt and I push people away the only way I know how."

"yeah i see that...you let your self become like your parents and in doing so, anyone who would actually care for you gets pushed away. Look at April, i bet she doesnt want to come back, and be locked away,or be evaluated by any doctors. Heh i doubt she would want to come to a family who judges her on who she loves",he said coldly.He was definitely not himself. "You know the best part about dieing was? it stopped,all the pain, the rejection.....trying to turn my life around, only for you to make me feel like i didnt deserve to breath...."

"I know April better then that I may not agree with her choice but as long as she's happy." Martha shrugs. "If she doesn't have to come back if she doesn't I'll still protect her." Martha blinked. "Do I act like that?" She frowned. "Mom was right I have to think about how it sounds to others."

Jason smiled some and then kept his distance due to Ace."say what you will,i just hope Gotham's ready for the real threat...",he said softly

"Threat?" Martha groaned. "I was hoping to have a vacation... I really am sorry if I made you unhappy." She kept her grip on Ace. "But that's no reason to let someone control you."

"no one's controlling me.....",he said with a scoff. "and i never said when it would come now did I...just be sure , if you really think Gotham will be safe with April's return",he said softly and then turned."have a good night",he said calmly

"Gotham will be safe because she has us." Martha called after him. "Never forget that." She turned back to the building before sighing. "Come on Ace." She let him lead the way home. She dialed April on there secure line hoping they could figure out what to do.

April ighed softly as she finished desert then jumping she looked to the phone frowning."Hi",she said sofftly."you miss me that much?",she teased
