Erik just grumbled as he paid. "Not like your ever going to get with the girl you like."

Jason frowned."ouch" he said and headed out

"You deserved that for making me embarrassed." Erik walked behind him yelping when his mother hugged him. "Mom." he sighed. "Oh honey I just heard from Red." Harley gushed. Erik grimaced wondering who in the world Ivy had found out. "So who's the lucky girl?" As his mom asked the world froze for a moment. "Er..."Erik trailed off not sure how to explain it. "It's April mom...Starfire's daughter." "Oh so you feel in love with a good guy so unlike your mom." Harley chuckled.

Jason watched feeling nervous.He slowly looked to Eric wondering if that had been a good idea

"Oh well I won't tell your father but he will find out so be sure to protect her." Harvey patted his arm. "I will mom." Erik smiled then left quickly finding Martha, April and her family.

Richard and soon as he saw Eric headed for him.

Starfire sighed."oh boy"

"Richard stared."thanks for asking me first",he snapped

April frowned."Dad! its not like you would have said yes"

Erik scowled. "April is right you would have never said yes or given me the chance to prove that I'm not my father." he took April's hand. "But if it means that much. May I marry your daughter?"

Richard frowned."you would have a lot of people to prove that too,e sighed."even if i said no she would run off and marry you any way,and i wuold like to be apart of it so yes yo may,but if your father does anything to her..."

April frowned.

"I'll kill him myself if dares to even look at her weird." Erik squeezed her hand.

"Ok awkward moment over." Martha smiled sticking close to Richard. "Lets go beg dad to use the backyard then get a priest."

Martha lead the way discussing the going on's with Richard ignoring the others especially Jason.

Jason stuck to the back of the group only half lissening.

April smiled some and looked back at Jason frowning

Martha opened the manor door then charged off to find her father. Selina blinked as her daughter passed then looked to the group. "hi."

"Dad said you could have the yard." Martha grinned as she bounded down the stairs followed by her father who looked like he wasn't sure what had just happened.

April blinkd and grinne."thats great thank yo!",she said happily

"No problem." Bruce chuckled. "Though I wish Martha would be slower."

"Being a spaz." Bruce laughed as Martha blushed and shrugged. "I just really wanted to now the answer." she chuckled. As silence fell it felt a little awkward with Jason and Erik there.

Jason looked to them."so when will the wedding be?"

"As soon as April and Erik want it of course!" Martha grinned. "Of course we will need to wait for the cake and the dress will need to be fitted."

April smiled."next week then ...the sooner the better"
