Joker pulled away from her after a while. "Your amazing." he smiled a little.

Gemini blushed brightly, eyes downcast. "U-um...thanks..." She said, just barely above a whisper.

"Know would you like to help me plot or just go back to your friend." Joker smirked a little.

"I don't think I'm quite ready for your kind of plotting just yet. Besides, I'm sure Lori will start to wonder where I am...if she's awake."

Lori woke with a soft yawn feeling much better. She giggled at Bruce and looked to Lena who hugged her gentle

"Alright exit is this way all you have to do is head for downtown since I'm in crime alley." Joker chuckled a little.

Gemini nodded, not at all surprised. "Okay, then. And don't worry, I promise I won't tell anyone where I came from. I'm no snitch." She swore. "Oh, and by the way, I probably won't be out tonight. I'll definitely be having coffee tomorrow, though."

Bruce woke up only minutes later, as if he sensed that Lori was up. "Hm...ah, Lori, you're awake again. How are you feeling?"

"Sounds good to me." Joker smiled at her. "Course you could always come here."

Lori smiled at him "yes I'm awake I see you are too." She teased.

"I could, but I won't risk anyone following me." Gemini said.

Bruce smiled sheepishly. "Yeah, I guess so...I didn't mean to sleep so long. I was more tired than I thought, I guess."

"you should sleep more love." Lori patted his hand.

Joker nodded then sighed. "well i'll see you tomorrow anyways." he smirked.

"Probably, but I'm not used to it." Bruce replied truthfully.

Gemini nodded. "See you." She said. She hesitated slightly, then quickly kissed his cheek and ran away, headed straight to the hospital.

Joker actually blushed as he watched her go. "Meh.'' he sighed returning to his plan.

Lena chuckled "Even I find a time to sleep dad...you can't help anyone when your exhausted." Lori nodded. "Or something expensive might get stolen while your asleep in an alleyway.''

Bruce rubbed the back of his head and chuckled. "Okay, you've made your point. I'll try to get more sleep from now on." He said, before getting a sly look on his face. "Of course, it's not easy with Lori keeping me up all night..in lots of ways."

Gemini walked into the hospital room right at that moment. "Whoa, way to much info! Lori, you're up! Sorry I took so long getting here, I've been busy. I haven't even been home yet, but I wanted to see you."

Lori turned a bright pink color and stammered a little. "I got it mom." Lena smacked him hard on the arm. "Don't say that in public." Lori huffed turning to Gemini. "No this is my ghost talking yes I'm up." she snorted.

Bruce winced, but just chuckled. "Sorry, sorry, I couldn't resist. Gemini...you're still in those bloody clothes from last night. Where were you?"

Gemini rolled her eyes. "Don't get all sarcastic, I was just happy to see you awake. You had me scared last night, you know." She said, ignoring Bruce's question.

"I have at least 6 lives left." Lori shrugged while Lena snorted in laughter. "That's what I said." She grinned at her mother. "Apple from a tree." Lori laughed.

Gemini grinned widely. "You two are too much alike, sometimes. Still, it's good to hear that you'll be scaring the crap out of everyone for years to come, Lori." She said.

Bruce shook his head. "And she will, too." He said, resisting the small smile tugging at his lips.

"Especially you." Lori teased him. "We still have a wedding to plan." She took his hand again. "Are you to going to have a romantic argument cause I can take aunt Gem to get snacks." Lena raised her eyebrow

Bruce raised an eyebrow. "A romantic argument? Why would we...?"

"Yeah, let's go get snacks, Lena. These two have to talk." Gemini interrupted, taking Helena's arm and heading out of the room.

"Why did she do that? Lori, is there some reason we should be arguing?" Bruce asked, clueless.

"I'm not really sure though you would argue that I'm still to weak to plan anything I would counter with it will take weeks and I would be better you would try to argu again and I would give the puppy please face you would relent and we would kiss." Lori shrugged. "That could have been it."

"Oh." Bruce said, blinking. "I never thought of stopping you from planning. However, I am going to insist that you let Helena and Gemini help you with everything, so you don't overexert yourself. I don't want you to be too tired to walk down the aisle." He said with a small smile. "Can we still kiss?"

Lori laughed a little. "You can always kiss me love." she smiled at him squeezing his hand.

Lena kicked the candy machine then grinned when what she wanted finally come lose. "Good I may have just killed someone." she chuckled.

Bruce smiled. "I'm glad, because I probably would anyway." He said, before kissing her.

Gemini chuckled. "You know, there are better ways to make these things work. Your mother taught me how to rewire them to give whatever you want without paying..." She said, even as she payed her dollar and got the chocolate bar she wanted.

"Yeah mom knows all kinds of odd tricks." Lena chuckled a little. "Well minus stay off of Talia's radar." she grimaced

Lori kissed him back smiling into the kiss.

Gemini shook her head, frowning. "Sometimes I wish there was a way to kill that woman, just get her out of the picture completely." She said darkly.

After a couple of minutes, Bruce pulled away slightly. "Even hurt, you're the best kisser in the world."

"Well I might and mom might we would never risk dad having to explain that to Gordon." Lena sighed. "Could hire someone to do it."

Lori blushed a little and ran her hand over his arm. "Same minus the being injured part." she smiled and pulled him onto the bed curling against him. "Can we go home so I can cuddle you in comfort?" she pouted.
