Bruce almost fell for it, but managed to pull away. "Oh, no. You're not kisstracting me this time. What were you talking about? Remember that I have ways of finding out, so you might as well just tell me."

Gemini blinked. "Huh, proven wrong again. You guys are out there together and still having this much trouble? Did all the villains decide to team up or something?" She asked. That was the only reason she could think of that Bruce's two children would have so much trouble.

"Arkham let them go again." Lena sighed. "Luckily there all old know but...some of them have kids. If you can believe that."

Lori laughed at his word. "Your no fun." She shook her head. "It was just something Ivy mentioned she would do for me but it won't happen so no need to worry." She pulled him toward her apartment.

"What did Ivy say she would do for you?" Bruce asked, clearly not about to let the subject drop.

Gemini blinked rapidly. "Wait...really? They have kids? Which ones? How long have we not known about this? How many kids are there, and which of them are evil? Have you notified your father about this?"

"Slow down." Lena chuckled. "Crane, Riddler, Ivy and if course Talia." She shrugged. "Rose is on the fence, Crane's son evil, Riddlers son...evil?"

Lori sighed "stubborn as a mule." She looked at him. "Can't I keep anything from you? Ivy and I had a relationship, I mentioned that I thought Gemini might want to kill Talia at some point she asked if she could kill her when I said I didn't want Damien to be momless she offered to give Gemini a paralyzing drug I almost said yes but I know Ivy and i'm not sure the drug would have been safe."

Bruce blinked several times, speechless for a few moments. "You...suspected that Gemini might become a killer...but didn't say anything...and Ivy wanted to...but you said no..." He shook his head, took a moment to collect his thoughts, then spoke again. "I'm going to just forget I asked. Should we tell Damien that it was Gemini...?"

Gemini shook her head. "Ivy had a kid...and no one knew about it...I bet Lori knew. But...you're not sure about Riddler's kid? Why, is he as stupidly confusing as his father?"

"A little better but its still annoying and yeah mom knew about Ivy." Lena chuckled. "Can I crash on your couch? I don't think I have the energy to make it home."

Lori rolled her eyes a little. "Love how you jump past the part were I just told you I was Ivy's girlfriend. Yes I thought Gemini might try something drastic and I'm not going to tell him."

Gemini nodded. "Sure, I'll get some extra blankets and stuff for the couch. It pulls out into a sofa bed, if you want to do that. Oh, I may have company later...I'll probably leave if that happens. If I do end up leaving, would you keep an eye on Lucifer?" She asked as she went tot he hallway closet and pulled out sheets, blankets and pillows. Lucifer looked up at Helena with his tail wagging.

Bruce shrugged. "Honestly? I already knew about you and Ivy. It nearly killed me when I found out, but eventually I got over it...when I found out that you liked both men and women." He said, slightly embarrassed. "Okay, so we don't tell Damien that it was Gemini...I'm not looking forward to telling him that his mother is dead, though. If he doesn't already know...oh, God, the poor kid..."

Lena stared at the dog then hugged him. "Your so cute!" She giggled. "And much nicer then Mal."

Lori blinked then laughed. "Of course you knew...yeah I like both but I love you the most.'' She opened the door to her apartment revealing only a couch.

Gemini smiled, placing the blankets and pillows on the couch. Lucifer barked happily and licked Helena's cheek. "Looks like he likes you." Gemini said.

Bruce raised an eyebrow. "Were you...were you going to just sleep on a couch in an empty apartment?" He asked.

"I'm glad." Lena hugged him tighter.

"At least until I got money." Lori blushed pulling the couch into a bed. "I had blankets and pillows." She toyed with her hair.

"Me, too. It's hard to have people around when Lucifer doesn't like them. He's very protective." Gemini said fondly.

"Oh, Lori..." Bruce came up and hugged her from behind. "We are going home first thing in the morning.

"It's not so bad it's more then I had as a kid that's for sure." Lori shrugged then wiggled around so she was facing him. She slid her arms around his neck pausing to touch his cheek. She leaned in and sealed his mouth shut with hers not wanting to talk about her past.

"Your not so tough." Lena teased him attacking his tummy with a laugh.

Though surprised, Bruce happily accepted this new turn of events and kissed her back. It was like coming home from a long trip: he relaxed, and everything else disappeared, leaving only him and Lori with no worries in the world. Kissing Lori, Bruce could even forget about his duties as Batman for a short time.

Gemini laughed as Lucifer let out a yip of joy, rolling over to expose his tummy. His back foot thumped rapidly on the floor as his tail wagged, showing his obvious enjoyment of the situation. "A big tough guy who loves tummy rubs. What a silly pup." She said, moving to sit down next to Helena.

Lena laughed and kept rubbing his tummy. "I need to get a pet." she concluded as she watched Lucifer. "Not a dog unlike dad I'm the only one around to take care of the pup.'' she sighed.

Lori pulled him to the couch settling on his lap letting the world vanish around them as they made out.

Gemini nodded. "A pet is a great thing to have. They become family, and they're the best company ever. They always listen to your problems and never judge..."

"Or at least you can't tell that there judging." Lena chuckled then groaned as the bat signaled appeared. "Meh." she stood and went for the window. "That's my cue.''

((XD yeah lets let them have there moment.))

Gemini winced. "Dang, again? They're really active tonight. Well, good luck. You can come back when you're done if you want. If I'm not here just let yourself in...you would anyway." She said. Lucifer whined slightly, and if a dog could pout like a child he would have. Rolling her eyes, Gemini attacked his tummy, making the pup happy again.

Lena slipped into the night and following her leaving someone knocked on the door quietly like the person wasn't sure they wanted to be there.

Gemini looked up. "Lucifer, stay." She said, getting up. She went to the door and opened it just a crack to see who was there. "Hello?"

Damien stood there in his suit choosing to enter like a normal person unlike the others just looking at the ground. "Can we talk?" he asked with a sigh.

Knowing exactly where this was going, Gemini sighed and nodded, opening the door. "Come in, I think I know what this is about." She said. Lucifer watched warily.

Damien walked in paused then punched her as hard as he could. He stared at her crying a little. "Why? I know she wasn't the greatest person in the world but why?"

Being much smaller, and not expecting the punch, Gemini was sent sprawling onto the floor Lucifer jumped up to defend her, but she waved him back. She knew she deserved it. "I'm sorry, Damien. There is no explanation I can offer that will make it okay, and I know that. All I can tell you is that after what she did to Lori...please understand, I've known Lori almost my whole life. She's the closest thing I've got to family. She nearly died a few days ago, and I just lost it. I saw red, and the only thing I could think of was to remove any future threat. And then when I came across Talia and she bragged that she'd basically driven Lori out of Gotham just to protect your father...that was the end, for me. I taunted her, we fought, and...well you know what happened." Gemini slowly got up, already feeling a bruise forming. "I know that what I did was unforgivable, and I won't ask you to forgive me. I can only apologize for the rest of my life, and hope that I don't end up turning into a full time killer...because it seems like that's where I'm headed. So...I'm sorry. If you need to hit me again, kick me, beat me up, go ahead. I won't stop you, and neither will Lucifer."

"I will never forgive you and I hope you wind up dead. Mom would have gotten dad if Lori hadn't been there I would have had a whole and complete family. Know I get Catwoman a criminal I could never stand to be around in the same house and a stupid sister who thinks she can just hang around me." Damien clenched his fists glaring at her. "I wish Lori had never meet my dad he would have thought about mom more."

"Now you wait just a minute." Gemini said, getting angry. "You can go ahead and insult me, but you leave Lori alone. She had nothing to do with the relationship between Bruce and your mother, and she never did anything bad to you. And neither did Helena, mind you. Helena's not even a criminal- speaking of which, I don't think you should be condemning Lori for being a criminal when your own mother and grandfather lead the biggest organization of assassins in the world, and you were supposed to take over! You were well on your way to criminal before your father came along." She pointed out heatedly. "Also, I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but Bruce never would have stayed with your mother. You never even would have happened if Talia hadn't drugged him, and even then he only ever had contact with her for your sake. Bruce never loved Talia, and Lori being gone would not have changed that. If you wanted a whole, complete family, maybe you should give Lori a chance. She actually likes you, you know. Like I said, I'm sorry for taking your mother away, but I'm not going to lie and pretend she didn't deserve what she got, because she did. Talia was a cruel, nasty, heartless witch and she would have destroyed this entire city if someone didn't take care of her, and since everyone else was afraid of her, I did the job. Now you get your sorry hypocritical butt out of my apartment, and go help protect the city, because right now the sister that you don't like is out there taking care of things alone!" By now she was up in his face, poking a finger into his chest, and shoving him towards the door- which was somewhat impressive for someone almost a foot shorter than him.
