"That's not necessarily true. They still haven't found out who Batman is yet." Bruce pointed out. "The media isn't all that smart. Still, leaking a different location is a good idea." He said, smiling.

Gemini bit her lip. "That is strange. I mean, he's never just up and disappeared before...not without telling me first." She said, not noticing how odd that sounded. Just then, Lucifer trotted in, carrying something in his mouth. "Lucifer! Where were you?" Gemini asked. Lucifer walked over and stopped in front of Joker, then dropped what he was carrying at his feet. "...You did that...where did you...do I even want to know?"

Joker blinked and picked up what the dog had brought. "What's this?"

Lori smirked and slid her free hand up his arm resting it on his elbow. "True but they probably guessed by know but with no hard core evidence your safe. Unless a thief gives them something incriminating."

Gemini blinked as she got a good look, then covered her mouth, giggling. It was a whoopee cushion. It was acid green with a picture of a deck-of-cards style joker card printed on either side. "I think.." Gemini said between giggles. "I think this is a peace offering."

Bruce raised an eyebrow. "Now, I certainly hope there aren't any thieves around here who know who I am, and are willing to out me." He said, smirking. He knew Lori would never do that to him...though the Joker might, just for a laugh. He only hoped Gemini would stop that from happening.

Joker blinked again then chuckled. "Offering excepted." He ruffled Lucifers head. "I think we'll at least half getting along. We can work on it."

Lori thought a moment "your right the thief wouldn't tell." She smirked. "Unless you try to leave her or saddle up with another girl."

Lucifer barked happily, tail wagging. "He says he's willing to try." Gemini translated, smiling. "Personally, I;d like to know where he got that from." She raised an eyebrow at the dog, who shook his head as if to say he wasn't telling.

Bruce shook his head. "I would never do that. Now that I've got you, I'm never doing anything to lose you." He said, hugging her close for a moment.

Lori blushed softly hugging him back then stopped in front of a large roman catholic church. "First stop." she smiled.

"No reason to tell keeps the girls interested in you." Joker laughed a little.

Bruce smiled back. "First stop." He echoed, heading into the church with her.

"Oh, well if that's the case..." Gemini said sarcastically, chuckling. "Either way, I guess I don't need to know."

"You're better off not knowing." Joker chuckled. "What are you going to do today?" he asked skimming threw his plans sighing a little.

Lori looked around. "To Jesus" she grimaced a little "But the stained glass windows and the general façade is nice...what religion are you anyways?"

Gemini thought for a bit, then shrugged. "I don't really know. I guess I should find a way to cover up this bruise..." Her fingers gently brushed across the bruise on her cheek. "And maybe give Damien one to match. Or I could visit Helena and see how she's doing. Wow...I'm a really boring person." She realized.

Bruce nodded, agreeing with her. "Well, I don't actually actively practice any religion...I think I was Christian when I was a boy, though I'm not sure if I was Catholic or Protestant or something else entirely..." He said, somewhat confused.

"Oh boy...well roman catholic is off the table then." Lori pulled him out as the priest stalked towards them. "Why have a church wedding of your not religious?"

"Damien is a interesting kid thats for sure." Joker smirked. "I could never get him to join the dark side but one word from mommy and he's slapping you."

Bruce paused a moment, then shrugged. "I don't really know. It just seemed nice, I guess. Traditional. But, I suppose it is kind of a silly idea..." He said sheepishly.

Gemini crossed her arms. "Slapping? I'm not that fragile. Little punk punched me." She said, slightly offended by the idea that just a slap could bruise her.

"Can you blame him?" Joker smirked. "I like him more know."

Lori sighed. "Well it was silly only religious people get married by a priest...we'll have to go with a justice of peace." she looked disappointed.

Pouting, Gemini turned away. "Oh, sure, take his side. All I did was attempt to kill his psychotic mother, so that makes it okay to punch me in the face?" She asked, obviously being sarcastic. She knew where Damien had been coming from. Of course, the fact that his mother wasn't dead at the time made it a little annoying that he's hit her anyway...

"That's not true. People who don't celebrate any religion can still be married by priests. It happens all the time. And if you want to be married by a priest, then that's what you'll get." Bruce said stubbornly. "Do you have any religion?"

"Roman Catholic." Lori admitted with a blush. "We would need permission from your priest or whatever and since you don't have one." she shrugged.

"Why do we need permission from anyone?" Bruce asked, confused. What reason could there possibly be to ask for permission?

((No, really, why? Wolfie's grandparents didn't need to ask permission, and they were from different religions.))

Joker shrugged a little "Well that's even more reason to hit you." he chuckled.

"Well Roman Catholics need permission to marry a non-Catholic...or they use to anyways." Lori shrugged a little.

Gemini rolled her eyes, turning back around. "Of course it is. I was being sarcastic. Truth is I can't blame the kid, and I can't hate him no matter what he does." She shrugged. "So, hitting Damien is out...okay, I have no clue what to do with my day."

"That's kind of...strict. Can't we just tell them I'm Catholic?" Bruce asked. He really wanted a church wedding, more for Lori than anything else.

"Maybe...or you could make a generous donation." Lori smirked a little. "That might work."

"You could help me ruin batman...maybe it's time to tell everyone who he is." Joker sighed.

Bruce let out a surprised chuckle. "So, money works on religious people, too? Well, at least it's something I'm familiar with. I can do that." He said.

Gemini shook her head. "But if everyone knew who he was, then there would be no reason for Bruce to even be Batman. Then Batman wouldn't exist anymore, and where's the fun in that?" She reasoned.

"Then I would get a new batman to play with." Joker chuckled a little.

"GREAT!" Lori hugged him tightly. "We need to pick a venue next unless we use the hall but they can be expensive."

"As if anyone else would do the job as well as Bruce. You'd have broken any other guy by now." Gemini pointed out. "We could go on a date. I don't think we've ever actually tried that."

Bruce laughed and hugged her back. "I've got the money, if it comes to that. But let's look around a bit first and see if we can find a place we like." He said.

Lori dragged him to do anything they could together. "I think that does it for the us part the next part I need my girlfriends...friend." she sighed heavily.

"Alright you party pooper." Joker chuckled and took her arm. "He could make Richard or Damien."

Bruce frowned a little. It had been nice to see her happy for a while. "I wish there was something I could do for you..." He said sadly. But how could he? No one could bring back the dead.

Gemini smirked. "Damien, maybe, but last I heard Richard was going it solo. Has a new name and a girlfriend, too." She said.

"I think Damien could handle me." Joker smirked. "He usually does."

"It's fine lets just go." Lori sighed again then took his hand and pulled him back towards his car.

"I think you're right, actually. I saw what happened the last time he took you on...it looked like it hurt." Gemini teased.

Feeling defeated, Bruce let Lori drag him. What could he do to make her feel better? The only friend she had left was Gemini...and Gemini had killed one of her other friends. There had to be something he could do...
